There were a couple of imperfections with our suite, but the staff immediately saw to correct them, and our stay was great.

The shower could do with an update to this century, it was a little iffy figuring out how to switch between the two modes. Aditionally, the large window can't be opened so your only source of fresh air is the AC.

The location was great. It was right at the start of Paseo de Montejo, about a 20-minute walk from the central square of Merida. The staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious with a large floor-to-ceiling window.

Only good it’s a location, to be honest, really old everything. Even TV its old and doesn’t have any platform as Netflix and etc, shower was really bad, all details really bad shape, it was cold and we didn’t have any blankets and no heater. The staff really X, the restaurant only breakfast and poor

The lack of a small fridge in the room was the only real issue. There was room for one. An easy fix at a reasonably low cost for any hotel chain ?

Staff were excellent and very helpful. The location was very central. Merida is very walkable so that was good. Plenty of eateries within a short walk from the hotel. The early morning taxi to the airport was on time.

Outdated, worn out. Not very clean. The ‘fitness center’ is horrible, dirty and malfunctioning appliances. Pictures look the hotel look beter than it actually is. No small fridge in the room

Bed was hard. Bathroom very small. Had to ask for towels, no face cloths, no extra toilet paper, only a sheet to cover with had to ask for a blanket. Pool was murky. No pool towels was told to use room towels. Not life ending but also don’t feel acceptable.

There were just 2 things that we didn't like. First, the loud music from the restaurant next door, that was going on somtimes till 1am. We could hear it even though we were on the 4th floor. Second, their beds have very hard mattresses that impacted the quality of our sleep. Some people might prefer the hard, but we didn't.

We liked the location, the staff, our room, the pool. It was our second one-month long stay in this hotel. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area, a Walmart a few blocks away, several banks and a convenience store.

The TV works only in Spanish - no way to change this setting. The restaurant next door plays jazz music on the weekends from their rooftop until about 1:00 am and it's very loud - you can literally feel the vibration of the bass in the room (our room was right across the street from the restaurant). Luckily, we travel with earplugs. The buffet breakfast on the weekends is not very good.

We paid extra for the king suite and the room was huge. The staff was VERY nice and accommodating. Comfortable king bed. The location was the best. Great view with lots of natural light. We appreciated that they provided pool towels. The room was clean and the maid cleaned it thoroughly when we asked for the service.

It was very basic, no extras in room, no coffee pot - you pay for location. Pool was not great, bathroom tub was well worn.
