Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The restaurant was in remolding they made noise in the mornings. The hot worker wasn’t working in the shower.
That everything is walking distance, love the staff.

Just two things I would comment. It takes about 10 minutes for the shower to have hot water. Also alot of soldiers in the plaza, during the evening, it's very intimidating.
Excellent service, Everything was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.The buffet was very complete and delicious.

The beds were a little on the hard side, a huge recommendation from me would be that they should have a small little store open until maybe midnight. Just to buy maybe chips, bread, a water without having to leave hotel. Their restaurant closes at 5pm I believe and if want some snacks late at night, I’d have to go out .
I loved that the property was close to everything, the room was was nice and cleaned daily, staff was very kind

the bathroom layout. the shower was fully enclosed but the toilet felt like it was placed next to the bed and was closed in by frosted glass. you have to creep past toilet to enter shower. You can see the persons shadow and silhouette when they are on toilet or undressing for shower especially if light is on. We had to put up towels to try to provide privacy.

You can hear noises from close rooms parking is not in the place, you need to leave your car outside the hotel, then someone in the hotel take it to the parking place

Incredibly noisy. Cleaning staff will knock on your door and enter your room even if you have the “Do Not Disturb” sign on there so not sure what the point of it is. It was decent but not sure I’d stay here again due to those reasons.

I did not like how staff were not able to resolve an issue. I wanted to switch hotels and offered to pay for one night so I could leave the following day and their policy changed on the fly. Initially they told me I would be charged for an additional night so I said I would stay the extra night and leave the following day. Then they told me I had to make the changes through booking because it was beyond their control. I made changes through booking and booking confirmed it was the hotel's decision. Then they told me I needed to give 24 hours notice which I did and finally they told that because I reserved for 3 days, if I left earlier they would have to charge me an extra day. The thing is, I had prepaid for my stay because they originally were not open to charging just for the first night. Clearly they were more interested in securing the one time sale than having a returning customer and they succeeded.
The hotel was centrally located and the breakfast was decent

Lack of good (quiet) ventilation options, either use the noisy bathroom ventilation or open a little window to the inside hall, but noises in and outside hotel already penetrated easily in the rooms with that window closed. One room with queensize bed reserved but same size as the 'matrimonial' beds in the other two rooms. One of these two rooms significantly smaller than the other and with less storage possibilities, but same price.
Well located in city center of Zamora, free (valet) parking facility, comfortable beds, clean, friendly personnel. Good value for money.

the only thing I didn’t like is the noise, we stayed in the 3rd floor and could hear noises from other rooms and kitchen.
