The host was great, super chill, kind and helpful. The place had great and stable internet and the facilities were good. Being close to the bus station is a nice perk.

The place was ok, like is not too fancy. The neighborhood didn't look too popular.

The studio's location is top-notch, close to collectivos and buses (especially for access to Port Juárez) and there are supermarkets nearby too. The host is really nice and available, and will be able to show you the best places to explore depending on what you like :)

Perfect place for the ammount you pay,. Near everything, ferry, busses , market, streetfood, etc. Great price for a private room and bathroom . Can't complain if you are paying this cheap.

Before booking make sure which room you chose, there are 2 (room 1 and room 2) I didnt read "room 2" bathroom its outside of the room. But no big deal.

The room was very spacious. Kitchen, Bathroom and Wi-Fi was all very good. We loved to sit on the rooftop in the evening or morning for breakfast. Best of all was the host: Ivan is super nice and helpful. He had some great tips about Cancun and Mexico overall, which we really appreciated.

Location of the flat wasn’t optimal but Ivan explained us how to get around by bus and then it was fine.

Very nice host. He helped us on finding Shops, Restaurants and night life. Nice roof top terrace

Only negative Aspect were dogs barking in the neighborhood.

Very very central. To all Turistic atractions and also to the local’s life. With R1 bus, you can go to Hotel zone. Isla mujeres ferries are very close. Surrounding is very close. And the host is very wellcoming. He speaks very good english and he works in tourism business, which helps. He wellcome us with coffee, fresh water in the fridge and for the drinks. He even brought us quacamole and tacos..

All good, simple and clean. Well worth the money.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, so is his cat. The place itself is clean, the bed is huge, nice pillows. There's air conditioner. It is located close to a big bus stop and the port, there are 24h open supermarkets close.

The lock on the door could be better. And it would be nice to label the keys :)

Initially I was booked for the studio on the roof. I did not realize that this involved ascending a flight of stairs with limited railing and no railing at all on the roof area itself. The owner was very understanding and made great efforts to find a solution. In the end, he asked if the couple in the flat in the courtyard on the ground (Riker) were willing to swap with me--and they were very willing as theirs was not quite an en suite: the bathroom was just outside. Things worked out for the best for everyone.

The location was hard for taxis to find because the description lacks a pertinent detail, Twice cab drivers had to call to get directions. The second one charged me 2.5 times the going rate for the hassle. My third night I walked back using my phone to find the way back. There are a lot of dogs in the area which can be noisy at night. To enter property requires use of padlock and bar on gate, some may find this a bit difficult.

The host was amazing, very welcoming and friendly. Full of information and ideas, always willing to help. Great English as my Spanish is pitiful!
