We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThere isn't much to not like. The rooms are not air-conditioned and it was a bit chilly during my stay. The staff provided a heater but is it was woefully inadequate. We stayed under the blankets. The heater was a problem in that it did not output its rated heat. Not necessarily the hotel's or staff's fault... such is life, we got over it. Like many hotels of its category the noise from the outside is easily heard in the room. Again, no big deal. As a light sleeper, I have learned to travel with ear plugs. If you are a light sleeper like me, you should always have ear plugs at hand.
Clean and friendly hotel with a good sized room to stretch (Junior Suite). It is on the outskirts of town and I appreciated the available restaurants on site. They call one a snack bar but it might as well have been a full restaurant considering it had a full menu with steak and shrimp cocktails. I also appreciated that the "snack bar"closed a 11pm whereas most other restaurants in this area will have closed by 9pm or earlier. It is about an hour away from the "El Rosario" Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary and 45 minutes from Laguna Larga and hot springs destination.

It was an an old hacienda that had been renovated.
