MexicoThe Pool was not warm enough, there was not water dispensers all the time. We take some time to wait for our car and we have to tip the drivers all the time. There were some rooms with better view and near to the elevator. Check in is very late. Brakefast, expensive for a complete familly.
Pool, Watter dispensers in the lobby, cookies, tea and coffee in the morning and in the evening. We had 2 rooms, but you provide us at least 1 Room before the check in to arrive the wedding on time. because check-in was at 3:00pm

United StatesThe noise isolation is pretty bad, we could very clearly hear the conversation on the room next door. There is nothing nearby that you can walk to because it's off the highway.
Breakfast buffet was nice (but you have to pay extra for it), there are 2 pools, one is pet friendly (they could have been warmer). The room was nice with a very comfy bed.

Mexicohard to get out of the hotel. connection between buildings is like a maze, unclear signs for the exit or stairs to exit the hotel without using elevators. remote location only accessible by car. I came here just cause it was for a wedding but I usually prefer more unique and local hotel experiences rather than characterless chains.

MexicoHygiene is not good at this hotel . Bed sheets were dirty , I got event biten by some insect ( bedbugs ) , towels dirty and bad room dirty . Facilities are old and scream for a renovation . Restaurant is overpriced and service bad and slow . Food was fairly ok .

MexicoPrices in restaurants, room service, pool area, and valet parking are high for what you get. Also, there is a fee for dogs, which is very high for their stay and must be paid on a daily basis. The dog fee is publicly $550, but in real case, it is charged $1100. The breakfast buffet price is also very high for what you get. Better go to Averanda mall and get a fair price breakfast.

United StatesThe rewards floor was not well maintained. Nobody refilled the tea and coffee or the table with pastries. It was a mess. Costly, we stayed here last year and all prices have risen at least 20%.
