I like to walk around everything was close the restaurants la marina etc.

The internet no good at the rooms I have to do a lot stuff for my job but I have to go to the lobby.

There was proper things which need it in the room, like sofa, fridge also wifi was not working properly.

Waiters were really nice. Garden was well maintained.

Rooms were bad, sewer smell in bathrooms. Drinks were watered down, and food was limited specifically in the mornings. WiFi only in certain areas, beds were very uncomfortable, no safe boxes in certain rooms, windows in bathrooms wouldn’t lock properly. Property seems to care more about their garden than updating the rooms, a run-down hotel.

It is very close to the marina and the stores and the airport. This is the main reason why we chose this hotel.

Not all rooms are the same. We arrived in room 216. It was very old, dirty looking, and strange sounds came out of the bathroom all day. After having maintenance look and unable to fix the issue, we got moved to room 425. Although this room was more modern, it was smaller than our previous room. Food: We opted for the all inclusive package. It was not worth the added expense. Every meal was basically the same with a few new items for each meal. It also felt that they just kept cooking the same leftovers for the next meal. Save your money and eat out. It is rated as a 4 star hotel, but I wouldn't go above 3 and that's being generous.

The property was in a good location with food places. Staff was friendly.

WiFi did not work. For the last two days we were without tv. When room was cleaned no towels were replaced. Had to change rooms due to couch being dirty and sunken in. The room smelled like mildew and fresh paint. Food could have been better and wished it was a bigger selection.

Check in is till 4pm no exceptions or even an option to pay difference for early check in. Food options are very poor, staff are great

I really like the location at the Marina. It is also close to the airport, a 30 minute walk (Yes I did it), or a 10 to 15 minute drive. The rooms are clean and the sheets fresh. The bathroom was very clean. The balcony was very big, approximately 5m x 2.5m or 16' x 8'. It was facing the pool, the marina and boardwalk. The pool is very nice as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff and restaurant staff also speak English. I can get by most of the time with my limited Spanish, but it is nice to have a back up when I am stumped. Overall I can say that the hotel, grounds, and rooms are very well kept. There are also about 20 restaurants all along the boardwalk of the Marina. There are 3 convenience stores that I found, and too many pharmacies to count. If you are adventurous there is a Walmart and Sam's Club a 30 minute walk away, or a 10 minute Uber or Taxi ride.

Ok, the WiFi was horrible. I have stayed there two times and the internet is not great. It buffers frequently or just kicks you off. Then other times it works very well for short periods. This happened at different times of day and night, so not really during specific times. Now I must say that both stays I was situated at the far end of the hotel, rooms farthest from the front desk. I don't know where the router is located, but by my results I would have to say that it isn't near the end of the hotel where I was. I didn't ask for the all inclusive meal plan. First of all I find that the food there is quite average. Secondly on the boardwalk there are approximately 20 restaurants, mas ó menos. This is just a bit of a nit pick, but the hotel is showing it's age. Just keep in mind that this isn't a 5 star mega resort, but a very nice one in a great location and you should have a great time staying there.

everything was very well and comfortable. From the first time I was there I left happy. I love this Hotel and prices are good. Very quick place and staff very kind.

every was fantastic. I love everything. I will go back when I plan to go back to Puerto Vallarta.

Traditional Mexican decoration, local culture, mostly local people on vacation.

Appeared to be close to the beach, but it was a long walk and no easy access.

Sofa in room looked dirty and old TV did not work most of the time. We did report it and they were very quick to send someone to fix, but the problem persisted and in the end decided not to keep asking for repair on a daily basis. Very weak Internet signal in room. Had to go to reception to get signal Would be nice to have coffee station in room
