There was nothing that I didn't like about the Chill Inn, it exceeded expectation and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Central, convenient and quiet location. Friendly, welcoming, accommodating staff. Impeccably clean, private and communal areas. Great kitchen.

The water pressure in the showers was very low. So you couldn’t wash your hair properly.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast food is absolutely delicious. The facilities are very clean and organized. They are located in a very convenient location. Extremely chill place, very relaxing.

Comfortable dorm with A/C. Lovely garden to chill out in. Breakfast was yummy. Staff were lovely and helpful - helped me book a tour in Sian Ka’an and I hired a bike. Good location in town. Nice hostel cat!

This hostel offers a chill vibe, cleanliness, and proximity to the center. I enjoyed the hammocks, the privacy of the beds, and the welcoming atmosphere. Teresa, the owner, goes the extra mile by personally preparing a delightful homemade breakfast and providing helpful insights on getting around and must-see spots. The kitchen is well-equipped with essentials like salt and spices, making cooking a breeze. The volunteers here are incredibly kind, adding to the overall positive experience.

Everything was great, so I don't have anything bad to say to be honest.

The staff was very kind and amazing. Also the place and facilities. The breakfast was delicious and handmade. I have no words, we had a great time in the hostel!

The showers are very basic (cold water only) and the one in the room smelled badly. Also if you're looking for AC this is not the place, but there is a small fan next to each bed so it really is manageable!!

Teresa the host is amazing! Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is nice too and different every day (stayed 3 days). It really is a very chill place with the hammocs and everything! Like my stay here a lot :)

The room I stayed in had no AC and the air inside is worse than outside. Not just regarding the temperature but also stuffines & there was a smell of smoke I couldn't stand.

I only stayed one night. The lady working there is lovely and the breakfast was great. Hostel is very astetic, pretty.

If you are allergic to cats, it's important to know there are 2. However, I'm very allergic to them but had no problems at all. The only negative part is that soon or later you have to leave...

What to say.. this hostel is simply the best. Not only for the nice kitchen, breakfast (especially the one of Daniel ♥️) and cleaned rooms, but also for the beautiful and super chill atmosphere that you will find. We were supposed to stay there 3 nights and last minute we added 2 more, we didn't want to leave! A special thanks to all the staff (especially Daniel and Judas) that welcomed us in their beautiful little family. PS: turco loco is also an added value and Teresa makes the best pancakes.

I liked everything.

Very comfortable bed, very chill. The owner is very nice. You can rent a bicycle to cycle to the beach. It is very close to the center of Tulum.

Hard to find the entrance, it's a wooden door that you've got to be let into the first time. It's worth letting them know 10 minutes before you arrive When I was there October there wasn't many other guests so not a great place as a solo traveller
