The cleaning staff was amazing! They always made an effort to clean our room at anytime throughout the day. When asked, they delivered what we needed and quickly. We stood at the Fiesta Americana for a couple of days and our AC did not work. It was awful. Mind u, it’s a much more expensive hotel. The AC worked great at Hotel Guadalajara Plaza Ejectivo. The breakfast offered a large variety of options. It was a true buffet. Eggs, chilequles, veggie options, Rojas con crema, a meat with veggies, fruits, bread, fresh juices…and on! I would stay here again.

The key cards did not hold functionality for long.

The staff was great! They went out of their way to make us comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and layout. It made it feel as though we were not in one of the biggest cities in Mexico.

We were welcomed upon arrival and found the concierge very informative about the area and speaking English was a bonus for us Canadians! The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options and the restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly. My husband loved the omelettes! The housekeeping staff went out of their way to accommodate anything I asked for and checked daily on what we needed. Unfortunately we did not have time to use the outdoor pool which is a lovely peaceful area surrounded by lovely landscaping. A bonus for us was the bus stop across the street for a direct ride to the downtown historic district and then access to the Light Rail system. There is an excellent City Market across the street.

There was nothing not to like

Amazing room overlooking the pool. Reception, concierge, restaurant and room staff were all friendly and couldn't help- enough. Food was excellent. Overall an amazing stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Guadalajara Plaza Ejecutivo near Plaza Del Sol! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, pillows, and even sofa beds. The large bathrooms with rain shower heads were a luxurious touch. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering an impressive variety—my favorites were the chilaquiles, omelette bar, salsas, fresh juices, fruits, and arroz con leche. The location is unbeatable—right next to Plaza Del Sol in a safe, clean area with great nearby restaurants, and conveniently close to Zapopan and the Centro district with its stunning cathedral. Most importantly, the service was exceptional! From the daily room cleaning to the helpful bell boys, attentive front desk staff, the amazing general manager Claudia, and the restaurant waitstaff, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

The restaurant close very early!! In a Hotel we need the restaurant till 11.00 at least. Also the breakfast buffett was better a year ago. No tipical dishes as Menudo and three days without a Cheff during the breakfast. We visit every year, and this year they made very bad changes in the restaurant. Specially the Schedule.... at 8.30 p-m- no room service and no Restaurant. What happend??????????????

Breakfast included that was complete and very good, not just a continental stuff. The Hotel was clean and nice giving a modern vibe and a feeling of security. The Area were the Hotel seemed like a nice area.
