Unfortunately the restaurant was not open for dinner only breakfast - but town is close and there were plenty to choose from. Breakfast was not included and seemed a bit pricy for breakfast.

It was clean and very traditional. The grounds were well kept. Breakfast was served in a very nice dining room, had very good choices and was served hot and delicious.

No refrigerator in room or ability to get ice. Checking in at dark took awhile to find office and room. Lighting was minimal.

Hacienda like setting. Large classic rooms . Grounds and pool. Breakfast at restaurant. Pet friendly with no additional charge.

Room was very cold, there was no a/c and the hot water would not stay hot for all of us to shower, also there was other guest playing music very early in the morning and no one would shut them up and last, the beds were very small and uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep on them.

not all the a/c works, they didn’t have extra stuff to provide 1 night they didn’t provide wood for the chimney, but Lucero the front office for the Night Shift she is great and always trying to help.

It would be nice to have restaurant on premises for supper.

The room was big and very comfortable. Good bed and good shower. Liked the coffee maker in the room. Loved the outdoor seating spaces. Nice pool. Didn’t have the breakfast but heard it was excellent. Liked that it was pet friendly. Parking was secure in front of room.

No tv, poor internet, no restaurant no staff around

No breakfast, restaurant was closed lady at the desk spoke no English, tv did not work ! The grounds are lovely, we did not see any guests or staff out her than one man gardening, I have read so many wonderful things about the location we were very disappointed

Construction outside our room till 2AM (dismantling gazebos from a wedding event that weekend) No grounds on electrical outlets (only 2 pronged outlets) meant we couldn’t use our blender, or plug in our coolers which we needed for medication as there were fridge or microwave We were chased by 9 dogs that roam the property We were told that breakfast would be served about 8:30am Tv didn’t work

We arrived just as they were spraying pesticides in the landscaping at the entrance to the rooms. The chemical smell was terrible for several hours.

We booked a room on Booking.com. We arrived after an 11 hour drive to find that they did not have our reservation and did not have a room available. I think the issue was on the hotel technology side of things. Definitely call the hotel if you want to stay here. We found a room down the street at a different hotel (HdR) and that hotel was nice.

They were nice about it. And we did not get charged on our credit card.

They canceled my reservation as we walked in the door, and claimed not to have a record of it. They were full, and would not honor my reservation. I made it 6 days prior. I showed them my email and confirmation number, but the woman behind the desk said they had no record of it and refused to help me further. I am still so angry!!

We stayed there 6 months ago, on our way to Mazatlan. Lovely property. I was looking forward to staying again.
