Rental bike outside the hotel often blocked the handicap ramp. There were no glasses, face cloths or facial tissues in the room.

Basic breakfast was sufficient but Toast is always a problem in Mexico. Cooked on a flat top, then stacked in a basket to get tough & very chewy. Have had this problem in other places there too. Optional purchase breakfasts were very good and very reasonable Staff were excellent, particularly Rebecca in the restaurant. She saw my wife's mobility problems and brought our breakfast to our patio. Very thoughtful and a pleasure to have her and the other servers there. We chose the hotel because the rooms are accessible, location is great and the value is good.

Breakfast was included, but the portion sizes were ridiculous, so you'll pay extra for food. Also when they offered you coffee you had to pay extra for milk or cream. It's an abuse. Well, what they give you is a splash of milk, nothing more. It's not worth paying for food at this hotel. On the other hand, the staff is limited and they are not friendly at all. We wrote 2 months before many times asking for support with the transportation service from the airport and they answered us a day before to say that there was nothing they could do. Even though it is a service that they have announced.

In the room I stayed it didn’t have a toilet seat or a closed bathroom window. The AC would scape from the bathroom. When the cleaning crew came to clean they would turn off the AC and left the bathroom door wide open, so each time we walked into the room it was so hot. Also, the AC would leak water. And breakfast was only coffee & toast.

It’s a beautiful hotel, but it needs to have maintenance. Better AC unit & toilet seat.

They should feel the need to charge 10 Pesos for milk with your breakfast coffee. If they are that desperate to make £0.48 on the milk, just add it to the room price before you choose the hotel. People wouldn't care if the room was £1- £2 extra per night but they don't have a great feeling when they are told that the milk or jam is an additional cost on your 'room with breakfast included' offer.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The aircon was very good.

Our room was very smelly when we first arrived. After running the water in shower and sink it got better. There was excessive mold in the bathroom and on the walls near the air conditioner. The bed was EXTREMELY FIRM. If you need a soft mattress keep searching.

Great location, best mini fridge I’ve ever had at a hotel. Kept our beverages ice cold. The air conditioner worked well. There was always hot water. Pool was nice and clean. Watch out for falling debris from the neighboring property. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Only negative I will say is if you can pay before you travel will save you a lot of trouble . Banking and POS system is terrible.

The shower did not work well. The pinholes in the shower needs to be unclogged. Very long wait for hot water. Breakfast was nothing to get excited about!

Staff at Reception was very accommodating. They upgraded us to a ground floor room that was quiet. Had a nice pool outside our room.

It was dirty. The rooms have big cockroaches daily, stained sheets, not enough outlets, no shelves inside the shower to put shampoo and soap, no screen door. The free breakfast was absolutely the worst, very low budge.

Finishing touches need to be redone, missing glass strips in bathroom windows, gaps in rooms front doors (would reduce noise once it's centally located), sliding balcony doors didn't really slide well, tile grout, shower cabin silicon sealing, old holes tepmorary covered, electricity outlets on convenient spots (none next to beds). Fresh coat of paint here and there... But I think they're on it...saw several technicians and painters the last couple of days. Breakfast...needs to be rethought...especially wanting to charge extra for milk in the coffee (uncluded in the breakfast) which is not the staffs fault...you could see that they were not happy having to 'force' some silly rules on complaining customers.

Great location. Friendly, helpfull & professional staff. Exterior (front facing side), entrance, garden, pool, breakfast bar/restaurant. Clean and neat outside with daily room cleaning. Would book again.

Breakfast was basic, all additional I had to pay, like milk for the coffee cost additional. That was surprising. Waiters were really pushy for asking tips. I spent 3 nights but had warm water in the douche only once.

We could not get a refrigerator for our room and we had to buy beach towels and facecloths. We booked for 15 days and airport shuttle but on the 6th day we got an email saying our taxi would arrive on the next day Saturday. I tried for over an hour to call the numbers listed but could never connect. In the end I had to cancel our ride & forfeit our $80.

Breakfast was sufficient for us and we love the location. The staff from reception to breakfast restaurant to cleaning were all very friendly and good.

There was construction going on around at the time, so drilling could be felt & heard, but that stopped around 5pm. Next doors hotel had a roof top club or bar & played loud music from midday until 5am in the morning, so if you're looking for a quiet hotel, maybe not the place.

Rooms, bed & balcony were a nice size & the pool was also nice. Shout out to Alma on the front desk for being so nice.

No food or drink options available on site. This may be due to the pandemic and staffing issues. There was clearly once a bar and meals area next to the pool which is no longer operating. There was also asmall Spa area which is also no longer opeating.

The location is very good. The pool is nice and the staff friendly. Overall a good option for the price of this hotel.
