MexicoNo internet in the rooms. Rooms are clean but feel very basic compared to the rest of the property and place, good though.
It’s so beautiful and we even received a meditation class plus a tour around the property with actors. We first arrived at the Prisms so we went across a lake by boat to get to the hacienda, very special. Staff were so nice

ItalyA last minute weekend stay became the worst hotel stay in my life! The room: - horrible, old grey carpeting - power outlets (2 in the room) one of which throws sparks - TV with very few channels - bathroom with cheap, low quality sink, toilet and tiles - cheap, single pane windows that provide no sound insulation - curtains that fail to keep out the strong lighting in the p arking area - bed covers are with old, prickly blankets - no air conditioning nor heating The restaurant - very expensive relative to what you get - bland food - our waiter that had no clue about the wine offerings - he could only name one wine. There was no wine list. But the worst of our experience was the outrageously loud music played into the next day for a wedding. This is supposed to be a relaxing stay - they offer yoga and hikes at 6AM - but the music didn’t let us sleep all night. I understand having wedding parties - but if you do, and your premises and infrastructure are such that guests have to put up with the loud noise all night, then the hotel should have the decency and professionalism to not accept other reservations or at the very least warn potential guests that they will not be able to sleep. So what should have been a pleasant weekend stay has left us with a very, very bad aftertaste. Pity.
This place, located in a unique historical hacienda, part of which is now under water due to a dam, has great potential- but management has failed to come even close - on so many fronts!

United StatesWell, the check-in staff was very rude, I started my check-in at 2 pm, they didn't assign me my room, but a couple arriving at the same time (2 pm) got their room, I didn't complain about it, my family and I wait for 45 minutes waking around, then get back to lobby trying to get my room (again) I saw how another couple got their room (2:45 pm) but they refused to assign me my room, at that moment I got pissed off, because two couples arriving after me got their room but I didn't, at that moment I complain, they keep refusing, after maybe 5 minutes I finally got my room (2:50 pm), that was a very disappointing experience, I said thank you, but no one of he staff replay (very rude). Additionally there wasn't hot water for shower, after waiting for maybe 50 minutes they decided to turn on the water heater, again very upset for the bad service.
Wonderful place. Awesome landscapes. Pretty close to multiple attractions.
