Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesMy only complaint, sadly, was the reason I chose the hotel, and well, it was my 1 disappointment. The bed was not to the standard I have come to expect from Hampton Inn, no matter the room. I always knew I would have a wonderful night of rest/sleep because of the bed. And well, let's just say the mattress was a disappointment.
The location for our needs was great. Clean and staff were very welcoming and helpful.

It was a great stay, due to lack of time we didn't take advantage of the pool, but it was nice to have it available. Service was great thru our stay. I would stay again at this hotel, and would recommend it as well.
