There was obvious black mold in multiple areas of the tiles on the floor of the shower stall.

Excellent front desk staff, flawless check-in. Room was larger than I anticipated and overlooked the fairgrounds but yet was quiet. Comfortable but not hard mattress. Good quality bedding and towels. Excellent air conditioning. Good work desk, high-quality office desk chair and more than ample outlets around the room. Flawless internet and cable tv. Comfortable reading / sitting chair and ottoman. Over-sized room safe that held laptop, iPad and anything else. Refrigerator, coffee maker. Always immediate hot water and quality toiletries. Smoke detectors, fire sprinkler system, Hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Separate closet. More than adequate dresser. Breakfast was good. I thought the scrambled eggs had an off-putting smell so I avoided the after the first day. The remainder of the buffet was good. Restaurant waitstaff was excellent. A comfortable, excellent hotel in which to book a room.

When I call the reseption only one concern was answered. By the time I was to asking something else the staff had hung up the phone.

I liked the security on the elevators, the elevator only when up after scanning the room key., the fresh fruit on the breakfast, and the room.

In our room there was a painting of a calavera in black and white and my 3 year old was a little scared. Other than that all was awesome.

The rooms are clean, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, pretty good quality bedding and little comforts like a fridge, coffee machine and safe always come in handy. The staff were really accommodating amd heloful all the time and bfast is ok, not awesome but goos for what you're paying. Its quite a good location to ezplore the area and to get to the outlets and shopping.

I used the pool and it says you should not bring alcohol to that area. There was a family with kids and this other guest brought like 3 beers with him. So dont put rules if you are not going to follow them. Also, supposedly there is free transportation to any point within 10 km and I thought it was a great idea since I needed to board a bus to the airport and its like 7-10 away by foot, I asked in front desk and they told me they didnt have any driver at the moment, the only driver they had arrived at 3pm, that was too late for me. I needed the shuttle at 11:30am :(

The clerk, a young lady, was not like you expected, barely say hello or said good day, only if you said it, the attitude was so serious, it was like she did not like the job or may be she had a bad day or week, but it was not the place, where the value added is the good service and mood. Please improve the breakfast, not the best: Room to improve!!

Hotel rates are overpriced for gloomy rooms and not so comfortable mattresses and pillows. Bathroom needs an update. Also, drinks are ridiculously expensive. We were charged $25 for each double shot of Don Julio 70 Tequila. You might expect to pay this at a nice bar or nicer hotel, not at a 2-3 star hotel. Breakfast was ok, but chilaquiles were always soggy. It's best to have guests add hot sauce to tortilla chips.

Location- walking distance to leather stores and plazas. Staff is very friendly. They're also very helpful. They always tried to meet our needs.

We checked in around 10 PM and the snack selection was limited and the restaurant was closed. This Hampton Inn is a good 30 minute cab ride from the Leon airport so it makes more sense to stay in Silao in order to be closer for a flight.

The room was spacious with a king-sized bed and good temperature control. The room was quiet and clean with lots of pillows and towels.

Breakfast is horrible. Laundry service destroyed my Taylor made shirt, they burned it with the iron. The head of reception is NEVER available, in 1 week I couldn't reach it never.

Breakfast is really bad, for sure not like a four star hotel. We asekd for red wine and they had only hot bottle, we had to wait and they put it into the ice basket. I found out that swimming pool was not available only after made my reservation. They make pool maintenance in May when weather is hot and humid instead do it during winter. This is not a four star hotel.
