Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Need an invoice for the stay, booking cannot provide it and hotel told me they will send me the invoice by email because can not be printed at that time and it being difficult to get the invoice

The staff was not the most attentive in the POOL AREA. For services here (more often than not) we would have to go up to the staff to request any service and if they did come around it would take them about an hour to check if we needed anything else. ALSO the pool had a mold issue & a strong scent of chlorine with tiles coming off. For a 4 year old hotel, the pool on the terrace is looking run down. It is a shame because the views are breathtaking.
I loved the location of this hotel. Conveniently located at a huge shopping mall that offers many stores, bars and restaurants. it is also located in a safe and luxurious area. Lobby and gym area was clean and rooms were cleaned everyday. Room service was great.

It took 2 days to get a iron sent to the room and to get small face clothes.
the location was awesome right outside the door was shopping, restaurants, movies, and more. The pool area is very nice, the staff was very accommodating. The manager was very nice.

Views from rooms are ok, as ugly discarded construction pieces or sloppily finished tar roof exterior visible to guests when looking outside rooms. Should put lots of plants or something more pleasant to see. Lots of sun and heat enter corner rooms with wooden floors that look a bit worn. Other rooms have carpeting. Toilet seats were lose or broken, but fixed. Corner of hallway not vacuumed with lots of dust etc. upon arrival but corrected. Otherwise hotel looked very clean.
Pool area was nice and big, but pool itself was a bit smaller than anticipated and closes a bit early. Staff was very attentive. Hotel was clean, modern style and very new looking overall (see comments below), although a bit sterile. In a nice neighborhood attached to beautiful, partially open boutique mall with lots of nice shops and restaurants. Comfy beds and pillows

The room air conditioning was deficient. I reported it twice. Nobody answered the telephone when I called for service or room dinning. I had to go down to the lobby to ask for help.

check in was long and had to fill out paperwork. hotel has seen better days. very tired. felt dirty. no hot water, wash clothes or hand soap. toilet seat was broken. some bulbs were out. mold in the shower. no bedskirt so platform was dirty and worn. black hair on one of the beds. room was near a nightclub so super loud. tiles missing in the pool. desperate for a make over.
bed was comfortable. I needed 2 things and they sent someone up right away. they were nice and responsive.

The coffee maker did not make good coffee and no ice and the rooftop pool was closed when I tried to go in the early evening.
The room was super comfortable and the staff was perfect.
