Windows that don’t open. I prefer a room with a window that I can open to get some fresh air from outside. There was a good air conditioner in the room, however.

The room is clean and had a nice city view from the third-floor window. The breakfast and the restaurant downstairs, cooked to order, was well executed every day.

The room is fairly small with a only cushion chair (no back) at a desk area, so not very comfortable for working. The AC and heat unit was not very strong.

The hotel is very good value for the price. The daily included breakfast is excellent. The staff was very helpful.

I didn’t like the noise you can hear from the street.

I like that the hotel is located right by the bus line. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning unit did not cool the room enough, and the windows were very dirty with bird poop. These were not a big deal to me, but it has definitely been a more comfortable place in the past. Hotel restaurant is now closed except for breakfast.

I have stayed here a couple times, and it is a nice modern hotel with large rooms. I like it because it is close to the bus terminal and clean restaurants. Breakfast was outstanding and plentiful with beautiful presentation and good service.

Tired decor, beds had ripped bare duvets in them. Towels were ragged.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Location was bad, on a highway with poorly insulated windows, so there is no way you can have a good night's sleep. Overall the room and furniture was made of very poor quality materials. The door was hollow and you can hear everything in the hallway. Handle in the bathroom was broken. The wall and bed seemed to be scratched very hardly by a dog. You could see the place was not thoroughly cleaned, there was a lot of calcification on the shower handle and you could see that the toilet was just wiped with water and still had water stains on it. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay, this was the most expensive place we booked during our whole Mexico trip, and definitely the worst one. The pictures look so much nicer than what you get in real life! I would go to another place in Pachuca.

Breakfast was great, not a buffet but food was made on the spot and you get a lot of food. Staff was friendly and there was secure underground parking. They say the check in is only until 6pm but we arrived later and they were still there. Bed was big and quite good.

THe hotel is generally in a good state, only the showers could do with better maintenance.

The staff was very friendly, during our stay the elevator was not working and we had a room right next to the stairs which caused quite a bit of noise but the hotel staff quickly changed us to another room. Also I must mention the very good breakfast.

Delicioso breakfast! The value is good for.what they offer. Everything was fine but they need to improve the cleaning. I had to ask for clean towels and bedsheets.
