The shower design in the bathroom is the worst I've ever seen, it has no full curtain or something to prevent water from splashing outside and my baby slipped just as he was leaving the shower cutting his lip open. It was so annoying every time we had to take showers! Our first dinner was just ok. Some locations in the hotel looked old.

Our experience with the food left something to be desired; it felt like we were having the same dishes every day. On the bright side, the staff truly shone—so friendly and helpful! However, we couldn’t give a perfect score, as our room wasn’t ready upon arrival. We opened the door only to find it still needed cleaning, which meant we had to wait a bit longer. On another note, some members of our group faced issues with the AC, although luckily ours was functioning perfectly!

I absolutely love this location! It's perfectly situated among a variety of shops and restaurants, and the beach access is unbeatable. The stunning beach views are a daily treat, especially when the sunsets paint the sky with incredible colors. It's truly a slice of paradise!

The all inclusive is limited with many rules. The breakfast food options are the same each day and it gets really packed with long lines. The dinner reservation system to stand in line at 4pm each day to reserve a table for dinner is flawed and pointless. There's only one bar opened at the same time, which has long lines too. The evening entertainment is poorly planned.

The hotel staff are great and very friendly. The food quality is very good and the price point for the entire family vacation is great. The fiesta Mexicana event is amazing. The best think our kids loved was the Chiqui club where awesome kid activities were conducted.

A/c was not staying cool enough. The stairs to pool very slippery. Alot of broken cement and tiles.

Why no guacamole at meals? The food in the La Isla buffet restaurant was usually cool to cold because the lids were kept open thusly cooling the food down. Close the lids folks. The other buffet did not have this problem.

Food was excellent. Staff went above and beyond for us Gringos. Cleanliness was top notch. Front desk staff always helpful. The towel guy...Cleo was super.

Not enough a la carte restaurants. The one reservation restaurant had limited weekly menu. Air conditioning couldn't keep up with keeping room cool because we had ocean view and a little sunnier.So it was extremely humid...awful to try and sleep in. Our king size bed looked great but the edges were broken down severely to a slope that i kept rolling towards the edge.Honestly I think only the air conditioner fan was working to circulate. Didn't care for the day passes and bus loads of people coming in in drones. Too many kids in the so called quiet pool. Pop was non carbonated..I do believe many go there because of the Holiday Inn membership points they have or gain.

Location was great. Plenty of available loungers by the beach. Servers were extremely attentive. Food was mediocre. Wifi was great even to a certain point at the beach.

Housekeeper insinuating her day off was our checkout day. Therefore, we tipped, and the response was discontent. Oh, well. Other than that we enjoy this place.

the bathroom was too small and the shower didn’t have a curtain- only half glass door, so there was always water by the toilet after someone showered. also there was no place to put the wet clothes. Also, the elevator broke down often during our stay and we had to use the service elevator.

The buffet was delicious! There were lots of activities to do. The staff was friendly.

Captain of waiters from the a la carte restaurant was very unpolite with us (the only person from the staff with no service attitude) Some options for food and drink were no so good
