Although the bathroom was clean, I noticed there was always hair in the shower drain.

The location is excellent as it is right in the old town. The staff were very accommodating and clearly making an effort. The terrace on the top floor was very nice (although the furniture could be more comfortable). The restaurant downstairs is very good, and you get a little discount on it (I ate there every day).

It's a bit noisy at night from the street but it's fine for me. I think the water pressure is a bit low for the shower.

Everything is so close and within walking distance. The staff is so friendly and the room and bathroom are clean. I enjoyed my stay here.

There is no kitchen or living room for sharing. The reception hours are from 12pm(afternoon). Restroom can be crowded since one restroom with shower is in one floor for sharing.

Good for a solo traveler. The bed was clean and comfortable. The location is great for walking around the city.

Due to the prime location there will be noises all night round. If you are light sleeper, bring your ear plugs. There are no place to hang clothes. This could be improved.

The location is unbeatable. The cleanliness is top notch. The restaurant serves good Japanese food. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Pleasant amenities.

After every shower there was a puddle in the bathroom. The cleaning lady said it always happens and she'll bring us a mat (never did). Their washing machine wasn't working.

I think this hotel is great, it's a few minutes walk from the city center, and it's very safe and no one bothers you. The staff are great, it feels like home, I'm a backpacker and I love it here, highly recommend this hotel in Guanajuato.

It's right above a restaurant. Bring ear plugs. They mentioned a terrace but it was locked. There was nothing to make it easy to meet other travellers - the main reason I use hostal.

It was in a great location. Near the centre. In a pretty place. As they were quiet, I had a room to myself & a double bed. The bathroom was good.

When you want to meet a lot of people maybe its not the right place for you because the Hostel is very small, only 2 shared rooms and one or two private rooms. Also there are no shared areas or kitchen. There is no Option for breakfast, but you can drink water and also can make coffee or tea in the morning.

Directly next to Plaza Allende. Just a few min away from Teatro juarez and jardín de la union. Location couldnt be much better (therefore it can be loud in the evening, during the night, but for me it was ok) Staff was very friendly. You get 15% off in the restaurant downstairs. There is hot shower and bathroom was always very clean. There is a terrace where you can hang out. Also you can use washing mashine for free. I enjoyed the stay!

It can get warm at the rooms. Shower pressure is not good. The smell from the restaurant can get overwhelming.

Very nice place to stay. The hotel is small which gives very good privacy, it is on top of a Japanese restaurant that serves very good food and you get an special discount. The staff in both the restaurant and the hotel is very nice. There is a cool terrace with tables on the top floor. Wifi is good, the place is clean, and very well located.
