Room was hot (even with a fan and the door and window open). 1 shower is fine, the other hard to arrange the temperature of the water.

EVERYTHING! Amazing place. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, well located and beautiful house. The owners are very kind and helpful and the breakfast is included in the room price. I will for sure come back and recommend it!

Dani and Patric who run Lool Beh are lovely and super helpful. I arrived on NYE and we all did some Mexican NY traditions together at the hostel and then walked into town to see the fireworks. It’s very peaceful in a quiet area of San Miguel but there are shops, breakfast places and coffee shops very close by. (Try Cafe de La Mancha!). It’s only a 15 minute walk into the centre of town and the route is super pretty. The private room was nicely decorated& with a comfy bed.

The location is very good. But the attention from Staff was magnificent. I had an injury in my foot so I needed a place to stay near downtown. Perfect decision. Breakfast was included, and Patrick helped me to accommodate a place to get an important call. I definitely recommend this hostel.

Flor and her staff were very hospitable. We were there Xmas Eve night and they had made an amazing meal where we could also participate. The place was confortable and well located. Very pleasant and recommended! Gracias

Lacked basic cooking stuffs like oil. And the hostel is like an oven. The communal spaces and dorms are much hotter than the outside temperature.

Nice place in a good quiet part of the town. Short walk from town center. The staff was helpful.

The room very poorly ventilated. The window opened onto an internal courtyard and there was no fan. As a result, it was very stuffy and hot in the room.

In general, I really liked the staff and the atmosphere in the hostel.

no curtains, no privacy! and only 2 showers and 3 toilets for all the beds…

very nice staff, in a quiet location, very quiet we were only a few people sonit was super quiet. I had the dorm to myself!

The fact that the whole patio is covered and covers the whole house making it echo with noises every where. Plus the caretakers that are looking after the place are having drinks and parties everyday instead of following their own rules. They seem to feel they can breach the silence after hours since they live there. No respect. Lack of advice when having a shower no hot water after 10 mins wait Only to find out they had a problem with hot water system since the night before the argentinian guy went to put a sign only after I request it as is an obligation in such a basic need. I had him heating me water in kitchen and shower water came out of the kitchen tamales cooking pot. Glad I left that day. Eed earplugs at night time..the rooms next to each other are very noisy and extremely small to fit so many people. Health and safety issue with tiles missing thorugh out the property. Upstairs and is dangerous as toilets are downstairs. Sleepery at times be aware of walking in thongs. Dangerous!

Nice old house with warm feeling of sun all day through out the property. Nice walk to downtown Breakfast is basic bread coffee and Juice easy and great service Bed sheets and towels were clean. Mattress very comfy and supportive

We stayed in one of the quieter rooms but it was so noisy at night. There is no noise isolation and the walls are very thin. You can hear when people are talking outside and guests arriving late. Every night guests were arriving late at night and it kept us awake. Bathrooms are outdated and there are too little shared bathrooms for the number of guests. Definitely overpriced for what we got (50€ for a small room with shared bathroom) but San Miguel is expensive, especially the weekends.

The staff, nice seating area outside, proximity to everything to do in San Miguel. Quiet during the day. Comfortable, big and warm bed.
