Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a fantastic location to explore the city by foot. You can ask for an umbrella at reception for the intense heat at midday. Plenty of outside seating in shade if you need it. You can get free coffee, tea and drinking water all day.

It is a family run hotel, small but comfortable and a fantastic location. The staff is very friendly and helpful; upstairs there is a terrace, where one can relax; we had a great stay.

The size of the rooms is a bit tight, especially for longer stays

The room is clean y nice and the bathroom perfect.

The kitchen is alright.

The beds were big and comfortable and I really enjoyed the styling touches of the rooms.

There were some renovations happening so I had to switch rooms due to electrical concerns with the air conditioning. I also had a few mosquitos in the room.

Hotel was well situated on a quiet street within close walking access to the town center as well as several commercial streets. The staff was very nice & helpful, though my partner is from South America and fluent in Spanish so I can't say if I would have had the same experience if we only spoke English. The hotel was cute and the room was very clean.

The room was smaller than expected and we felt a bit cramped. We saw into several other rooms during our stay while they were being cleaned and noticed there was a stark difference between all the rooms, so maybe I would confirm which room (and the size) I will be getting if I booked here again. The bed was not that comfortable, but again, many of the rooms were unique so perhaps others are more comfortable. For the price we paid, I was satisfied.

Furniture and accomodation quite basic and a bit old The bathroom was not well cleaned Worst was that the shower was smelling bad (they don’t seem to have a siphon) - I stayed in a lot of basic accommodation in my life but this smell was really outstanding bad

Accommodated an early check in, comfy bed, good size room

Hot water heats throughout the night, comes on out of nowhere & is extremely loud (like power tools being used)

The person on charge of our reservation Noelia went above and beyond to ensure we was happy on everything. She noticed my birthday once I showed my credentials and with out saying anything she brought us a bottle of wine for me and my wife ((very nice)

The mattress is a little hard, (not my preference) since I like soft mattress but I was able to rest with out a big issue 😃

Terrible toilet and shower combination. No place to dress after a shower, also, shower floor was extremely dangerous in that it became very slippery during the shower! No bars to hold onto if you started to slip or FALL!

I liked that it is really close to the center of Oaxaca, really close to everything.

That it has one bathroom for a room with 4 beds. It made it difficult to share a bathroom. The power would come off and on.

Location is reasonable but can be noisy as room walls are not solid.

Room was not clean. Hair in bed and bathroom not clean. No proper bathroom. Looks like they converted a wardrobe into a toilet and bathroom. Entire room smelt after using bathroom due to poor drainage. Would not stay here again and it should not be classed as 3*.
