The space can feel a litttttle bit tiny when there’s a lot of guests.

AMAZING staff. Super friendly, went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I liked the set up where instead of bunk beds you have very small rooms; I think you will too. I also really appreciated that they had a dedicated laundry area for guests including ample space to hang it (can’t think of many hostels that did this).

The toilet needs to be improved immediately, there is always something in it that has not been flushed! The curtains in the bathroom need to be longer to prevent water from splashing outside. The bathroom should have hooks to hang clothes, which is easy to do.

good location, close to center and train station. the dorm is separated by wall and thus everyone has good privacy. it is safe as it locks whole day and order to get in you need to unlock the door all the times. there is locker and fan in the room.

Lovely friendly hostel in an ideal location for exploring Centro. We were so happy to find that it's on a beautiful pedestrianised street, only a few blocks away from the cathedral. The staff were always so kind and helpful. Roof terrace, plenty of space, felt really safe, hot water, comfy beds, kitchen, and the breakfast is fantastic! Perfect :)

The walls in the private rooms are not only raiser thin, but they don't even go all to the ceiling. The private room feels more like a dorm with a tiny separation. The hot showers aren't always available.

The hostel is a few blocks from the main attractions. The staff is quite friendly and speaks English fluently, and they make their best effort to cook a delicious breakfast. The owner responds promptly to any message. It's a great place to meet fellow travelers.

Limited restaurants nearby on a weekend. Front door was locked and difficult to open from the inside. Could be a fire hazard.

Pillows and bed could be better.

The location is great and safe to walk. The breakfast is not that good and we ended up only having it one day. The hostal is clean and good for the price but the pillows were not good, they should offer better ones. We did the private room and that was a good option. I would stay here again just don't go expecting a modern hostal or social vibes.

The host promised quietness and a private room but the room they gave me was next to a room divided by just a wall and I could hear the person next. It was also loud with noise from chatting people and a water pump whirring loudly at night. Also, it was mentioned by the host there’d be hot water 24/7 NOT TRUE! Twice I had to take a freezing cold shower and I’m sure Wim Hof would be happy (Google who this guy is) The mattresses were covered with cheap plastic so every time you move or toss it makes a horrendous crackling sound very disruptive. The phone number Booking.com posted for contact … Forget about it, it’s a joke!!! First and last ever at Hostal!!!
