I didnt get the breakfast with the room, but the two times I ate were delicious. The staff was very accomodating and gave good recommendations of what to do or see, while there.

The facility itself is tired and worn. It's seen better days. But it's well maintained and clean, and the friendly, helpful, courteous staff made up for any shortcomings the building has. Wifi was a little slow.

Super friendly staff, very helpful. Breakfast included was great. Option of 5 different plates to choose from, all made fresh when you ordered it. Fresh fruit, coffee and juice included. Also very well attended secure parking lot was a bonus!

Very noisy location. Dated hotel. Bellman was great. Is petrol quest housekeeping in towels. Ended our stay early to move to another hotel.

The hotel needs to be urgently renovated and the cleaning of the rooms and the bathroom was very bad (we found hairs on the sheets and a dirty barhroom. Very boring view from the room.

The place looks nothing like the pictures, it is old and depressing, dirty in many spots. The beach is very far away, the room had no view at all (only of some random houses) and the pool was very cold (impossible for the kids to swim in it). I would not recommend it to anyone!

It is an old hotel, dirty and it is necessary to fix many things. The bed and pillows are not comfortable and the room and bathroom are not in good conditions. The parking in lot is outside and there is no connection to the hotel, it is necessary to walk outside (half block). Walking through on my floor, all the rooms' doors are in bad condition eithet duty or witth stains

Don't recommend to anyone! Will add charges to a reservation after the fact. Staff is unprofessional to include the onsite manager. There are no ocean view rooms and no breakfast included for children as advertised.

We had to change twice the room, cause of thee cleanliness. In general this hotel needs a renovation. The sheets even clean have all stains. The shower has even a gum stuck to the floor.

The people were very friendly and helpful, after we discovered our room was not properly cleaned. In general the staff was very helpful.

I did not like it. The system was down for payment to begin with. The smell on the hallways is bad, like mold all over, it is old, broken windows, really old facility. The renovated the rooms to take good pictures but the rooms are old as well. No wifi in my suite room neither a working phone. The maintenance guy was rude when ask about Wi-Fi. “Just complain tomorrow at reception of all not working “

I did not like it. Just the location, close to beach. Other than that is expensive compared to the price

I contacted the hotel weeks in advance to get a first floor room and was assured I would. When I get there, they tell me they are doing some work to the only room they had on the first floor and that I couldnt get it. Towels are like sand paper the cheapest they could find.. And room was full of little details. Bathroom door did not shut, shower door didnt shut either, keys had to be reprogrammed every day, When we got the room, TV didnt come with remote control. Took them seriously 3 days to get a remote for us. Phone was not even connected. There was construction going on nearby or maybe even in the hotel. They let people park behind your car so you have to wait for the staff to pull out other cars before you can pull out.

The staff was not friendly tried to take 1000 pesos from me after the dog charge I already paid for.was not paying more as they wanted cash.ftom.me and said no argued with them and they agreed.will not stay there again no glasses in the room and would not give us any

The hotel looked nice outside and the lobby dud to the young man from the kitchen help me with the front desk lady as he spoke a little English

The room was not what I expected from the pictures. There were cockroaches in some areas of room. Hotel needs to seriously do pest control. The chairs given were not comfortable. I could feel the springs of the bed as well and were not comfortable. The wifi was really awful. I was given corner room in the hotel and wifi signal wouldnt even reach properly in my room. they dont even have a separate wifi router for each room. There was only one lift working to go up which had maximum capacity for 2 people. Very disappointed with such a hotel. It needs some serious reforms. Also, it was the first ever hotel I saw in Mexico which inspite of having breakfast included in the package, gives you a fixed limited menu to select the breakfast from. Other hotels have buffet system for breakfast but not this one. Wouldnt recommend staying here.
