We had such a lovely stay here. Sadly, we only stayed one night, but it was a really great experience. Isaac, the manager, and the other guys were incredibly kind and helpful, they assisted us with everything we needed. We even had some great conversations about traveling in other countries. The place was very clean, the rooms were spacious and had air conditioning, and the bathroom looked great. If you’re in Cancún, this is a place I totally recommend. It’s located in a residential area, so if you’re traveling by car like us, you can feel confident your car is totally safe at night. Isaac, thank you for the warm welcome, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing room, very beautiful and clean coliving, in a very quiet area. Isaac (manager) is really helpful and friendly, he gave me plenty of tips. I really enjoyed my stay there, 100% recommended. The tlayudas in Oaxaca are soo tasty, thanks for that tip too!

We had a fantastic experience at this place in Cancún! The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The place itself is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail and has a very warm, inviting vibe. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We truly felt at home and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Cancún. We'd definitely stay here again!

Isaac was truly the most welcoming and helpful host. He offered assistance concerning any questions one could possibly have and was very approachable. Booking of the transfer from the airport to the hostel was very easy. The rooms are comfortable and clean, as well as the kitchen and bathrooms. Coffee, tea and fruit is offered for free which is a really nice add-on. Staff overall was super friendly. 100% would recommend and stay here again.

One short set of stairs up to this room are a tight fit and a bit awkward with bags, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The shower pressure in the top room was really poor. A bit confusing when I arrived. No previous message about which room, and there's no checkin. I walked into the living room with three people in it and no one acknowledged me. I had to message the property. They need key boxes for each room so you can arrive and do self checkin.

This is essentially a three storey house, so you enter via a patio back door into a living room. With three floors, I had the room up top with the balcony, which was very spacious. The room was large, modern and simply appointed. The air conditioner worked well. Bed was comfortable. Most importantly, it was very quiet. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee/tea and basic cooking needs.

The toilet has some trouble flushing, had to flush a couple of times before it worked after doing no 2. Also the hallway to room Tulum was very tight.

The host was very responsive. We couldn’t get the airconditioning working, so we texted the host and he came within 15mins to fix the problem.

I wish we could have stayed here longer! We were only here for a night as a base to get to the airport for our morning flight but the property was beautiful, from our room to the bathroom to the kitchen/shared areas - everything was incredibly clean, stylish and well thought-out. Thank you so much for our short but wonderful stay!

The hosts were so lovely and friendly! It was beautiful the WiFi was great I was even able to take some work calls. We booked it because it was close ish to the airport but it was so much nicer than we thought it was going to be! Walking distance to lots of cute cafes and food, nice area!

Great place for a solo traveller. Location is close to amenities and a safe area to wander around. Place is quiet and you get your own private room. Management is very nice as well. There’s also a shared kitchen for you to use.

There’s a few stores and restaurants to walk to, but would need a taxi to get too much else if that’s the main goal while staying there.

The property is spacious, very clean and off a quiet street. Lovely courtyard to sit and relax. Also plenty of room if you want to cook and have dinner. The rooms are large with a very comfy bed and even a hammock in the room. The shared bath is quite nice. The staff are very helpful and on site if you need anything.

Great location to get out and explore Cancun and Quintana Roo. Was great to have a kitchen to cook in as well. Isaac, the manager was brilliant helped us out with airport transfers and locating places around the city such as super markets local restaurants etc.
