I requested a room on a higher floor through this app and the hotel replied ok, when I arrived they gave me a room floor 1 :( I’m very shy so I didn’t said anything. That wasn’t cool.

It has a water filter where you can refill your bottle, that was great.

Breakfast was ok. Bit of a walk into town but not too bad. They couldn’t get the Netflix to work on the tv and the wifi was very average( not really an issue for us) The manager and staff in the restaurant need a few lessons on customer service, but for the money, it was ok

There is no gym and shower could be a bit bigger.

The atmospehere is quiet and cosy, views are nice and value for the paid price was excellent. Breakfast is very good, I came from a 4-star hotel in the same city and was much more worse: you have fresh products (fruit was very good), healthy items and enough variety.

The tv is smart but they have blocked the internet. So you have Netflix and YouTube but basically don’t work. The shower pressure is not good. Also, the people in front desk is not the most welcoming.

There was no hot water to shower on a really cold night in Chihuahua- it was so uncomfortable. Very noisy from the highways nearby.

The hotel is about a mile from the city center, with not much to see in between. While the WiFi downtime was a bit annoying, it wasn’t a major issue overall.

Ibis Chihuahua meets the same standards as Ibis hotels in Europe. After some bad experiences with hotels across Mexico, I decided to try Ibis for the first time, and it was a great choice. I found the comfort and standards slightly higher than the average hotel in Mexico. The room was quiet, with no noise from the lobby or neighboring rooms — a common issue in older Mexican buildings. The WiFi was strong when it worked, although there were a couple of hours of downtime. I didn't use the restaurant or other facilities, but the room was comfortable and exactly as described. There’s also a small courtyard with shopping centers right in front of the hotel.

Twin beds were really close together and 6 inches from the wall. No outlets next to bed.

Every night my key card was deactivated. Issue was going up 4 floors carrying stuff, then not getting in, then back down 4 floors, waiting, then back up 4 floors at 1am....not ideal experience. Huge inconvenience, I will be staying at another hotel on my next visit.

I went down for breakfast around 10:00 and I found the food to be dry which was the scrambled eggs and the bread for the toast and a pastry which was a small muffin but also dry.

It was convenient with a great variety of breakfast options.

Shower head was fixed and this detail prevents its users from properly using it in usual washing. Another inconvenient detail was the fact that we did not have a warm, let alone hot water, starting from the evening until the morning of the next day. We have reported this detail at the reception at the time of our check-out in hope that this will help their future guests.

Hotel appears relatively well maintained and also offers typical amenities that one expects from a property of Ibis chain. It has very good, central location. There are interesting and useful details within the walking distance, a large supermarket included and it excels in one detail and that is very fast and painless exit from the city on the way to the airport. In other words, a place is ideal for those having a flight the next day.

Breakfast was mediocre but the dining room staff was nice. It was eleven dollars too.. the Ibis breakfasts in Europe have great variety and expresso machines. This one wasn't very appealing

Ibis is consistently reliable with clean modern rooms at a good price. It's my go to chain in Mexico.
