Proximity to restaurants, supermarkets and the Tulum ruins. Had a nice pool, gym and great room! Large with a plunge pool which we didn’t get to use unfortunately as we weren’t in the room enough.

Nil housekeeping service in the room, which would have been nice for longer stays. Also no facilities to make tea/coffee in the room.

Really lovely apartment with private rooftop terrace and pool. Amazing facilities on site - sauna/steam room/gym/cold and hot plunge pools. Very friendly reception and prompt response from host.

The amenities of this condominium are remarkable. 2 jacuzzis and 1 pool distributed on the rooftop of the three towers. The apartment was spacious, and the little kitchen had all we needed to cook. Besides the bed, there was a sofa bed, both very comfortable. Very quiet place, at least in April.

We didn’t like that we had an issue with checking in, only one room was available, the pool outside was dirty with bugs, no chlorine in the pool (had to ask). We didn’t like that the front door didn’t lock as we had to individually lock the rooms and unlock them every time we came back. We mentioned it just added an extra layer of security for us. When we addressed this issue with one of the workers he said “you’re more than welcome to cancel your stay and go somewhere else.” We were so baffled that he told us that. Us being first timers in Tulum we weren’t going to go on a limb and rent another spot so we sucked it up. Thankfully Alan was super helpful and constantly checking in on us, even after we complained about our issues. All honesty, we rented the place for the pool and wasn’t even able to utilize before we had to leave Tulum.

I love how it was very earthy. I liked the hot tub/s and pools. Wish it was a little warmer so we could have swam but no worries at all.

The internet never worked and the walls are thin so you can hear the people outside and upstairs. The bed is a king size so that’s great - but the mattress not very comfortable,

Beautiful apartments - LOVED the saunas, pools and decoration, that’s why we chose to stay there- - great location - very responsive and friendly host that immediately got us a coffee maker when we asked for one. The decoration of the apartments is beautiful.

No WiFi because the host simply doesn’t pay the bills. They also ignore you, when you contact them regarding WiFi The road outside is really bumpy and muddy. Take care of your car

Our room was super spacious, with an enormous and very comfortable bed. It was also very well-equipped. The only things we would have wished for were a drying rack and a hairdryer, which were not provided. The location was central but very quiet. We rented bikes right next to the property and it was really easy to get around on them.

The location was great for the town. Walking distance to local restaurants, groceries and stores. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful! Felt safe the entire time. A very cute little place!

Only one thing: It was difficult communication, since cleaning is a rental service it was not easy to arrange the cleaning. Because the Apartment dont get cleaned on a daily basis by default, you have to ask, and it took me 2 days of waiting. But we have managed it. Everybody was friendly. Everything else was Perfect!

Perfekt Apartment. I had enough Space just to relax on my own. Nice Kitchen. Nice Rain Shower. Pool on the balcony i havent used its not possible to change water on your own. I had also flat iron and everything you need is there. Nice whirpool and a gym i liked a lot. Very quite! And good located! Very friendly reception staff everybody were nice. Liked a keyless system A LOT! Parking Lot is there as well. PERFECT. I will come again

The staff are not based on site and are not very easy to reach and not very helpful.

Great location, nice room although the kitchen facilities are very limited to a fridge and wine fridge only. Great views and beautiful property.

There isn’t much regular cleaning for extended stay unless you ask and they only replaced the towels not the linens. I wish they had extra blankets or pillows and a kettle but other wise was ok. Front entrance was hard to access when it rained as the drive is really muddy and had large puddles. Was a challenge to walk to the main road after the rain.

Property had everything needed and the location was in a good spot in Tulum. Easy access to main roads, taxi, collectivo, restaurants and the beach.

Unfortunately, the street where the entrance is gets very muddy, whether because of the rain or the car rentals washing the cars. I hope they fix that in the future.

The pictures matched the room. The building was quiet and had multiple pools and hot tubs to relax. Location was great: close to a supermarket, next to a bike rental, and next to a car rental.

The outdoor plunge pool wasn't filled when we arrived. Someone came to fill it, unexpectedly, but it wasn't chlorinated and looked a little dirty. I'm assuming they refill it for new guests. We never used it but feel it didn't affect our stay

Just wish there were wash cloths and hand towels provided..the bed could have been a little more comfortable

We got the penthouse suite, it was well worth the little extra money...great central location and nice place....everything else was wonderful
