Very nice buildings and amazing pools.

Lack of some essential tool for cooking in the kitchen.

Proximity to restaurants, supermarkets and the Tulum ruins. Had a nice pool, gym and great room! Large with a plunge pool which we didn’t get to use unfortunately as we weren’t in the room enough.

The potholed road outside which was filled with water and needs urgent fixing.

Nice big rooms. Lots of amenities in the building. Clean.

Hard to communicate through booking messaging or through whatsapp

Really lovely apartment with private rooftop terrace and pool. Amazing facilities on site - sauna/steam room/gym/cold and hot plunge pools. Very friendly reception and prompt response from host.

Nil housekeeping service in the room, which would have been nice for longer stays. Also no facilities to make tea/coffee in the room.

Very comfortable room with good AC. The pools were amazing and a lovely place to relax.

Our shower head was slightly broken and the plunge pool looked a bit dirty

The apartment building itself is nice, staff at the reception are friendly and willing to help. The location is very close to the supermarket.

The bed frame was broken, and the management refused to fix it. I had to spend a few hours on a call with booking support, which also turned out to be very useless. They even suggested that I sleep on the beach while they're following internal policies trying to contact the owner. Finally after 2 sleepless nights the owner sent a repair guy at a completely random time without even talking to me, and as a cherry on the top, accused me that I didn't let him in immediately while I was in the shower.

Everything was great!! They just need a better bed mattress. It was hard and it made sounds.

Location was ok.

Instructions was given but no guidance to the room. No customer service. Only hotel security was there, did not render assistance with luggage, did not assist with opening room doors.No room service and bed never clean the next day!

It started off a little rocky because the room wasn’t ready but when it became ready a day later it made my trip well worth it

The amenities of this condominium are remarkable. 2 jacuzzis and 1 pool distributed on the rooftop of the three towers. The apartment was spacious, and the little kitchen had all we needed to cook. Besides the bed, there was a sofa bed, both very comfortable. Very quiet place, at least in April.

I love how it was very earthy. I liked the hot tub/s and pools. Wish it was a little warmer so we could have swam but no worries at all.

We didn’t like that we had an issue with checking in, only one room was available, the pool outside was dirty with bugs, no chlorine in the pool (had to ask). We didn’t like that the front door didn’t lock as we had to individually lock the rooms and unlock them every time we came back. We mentioned it just added an extra layer of security for us. When we addressed this issue with one of the workers he said “you’re more than welcome to cancel your stay and go somewhere else.” We were so baffled that he told us that. Us being first timers in Tulum we weren’t going to go on a limb and rent another spot so we sucked it up. Thankfully Alan was super helpful and constantly checking in on us, even after we complained about our issues. All honesty, we rented the place for the pool and wasn’t even able to utilize before we had to leave Tulum.

Beautiful apartments - LOVED the saunas, pools and decoration, that’s why we chose to stay there- - great location - very responsive and friendly host that immediately got us a coffee maker when we asked for one. The decoration of the apartments is beautiful.

The internet never worked and the walls are thin so you can hear the people outside and upstairs. The bed is a king size so that’s great - but the mattress not very comfortable,

Communication was very poor
