Modern, attractive property with very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Heated bathroom floor was a bonus. The only drawback was the proximity to city center (not walking distance), and the very steep driveway from the main road.

I prefer firm bed pillows. The pillows provided where a bit on the softer side. The hotel is about a 5 min drive down the hill to San Miguel de Allende center. It can be a trek coming back up the hill if you decide to walk from the hotel.

The location of our suite had a large roof top balcony with views of the valley below. The balcony was large enough to hold a small table and 2 chairs in one corner and ample space to exercise or even play a tame game of Bocce ball! The shower and bathroom were very clean and complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was provided. My personal favorite was the soft, clean sheets and mattress firmness.

We were in the highest unit, which required climbing 100 steps to get there. The ad for the hotel should state that there is no elevator and it is not recommended for anyone over age 75 years or with any physical disability.

There are not loudness rules, people in the bottom floor and next door were loud and drunk, yelling at 3:00 and 6:00 a.m., bed is comfortable but queen size bed was small for us. Cleanliness good enough but the days before they fumigate the place and there were cockroaches dead everywhere even under our coffee table. Bathroom floor needs to be brushed to remove the black mold.

Building is really nice, mordern and has view even from the bottom room we got. There is a small pool, restaurant with really good food; portions and flavor was amazing. Staff exceeded our expectations, we were looking for a restaurant for a special dinner and they found it!

The property is beautiful and it has a great view. Close to the historic center without being in a loud/busy area.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to go up and down with luggage. The steep entrance can be dangerous for elderly people and kids.

The property is clean, beautiful and has beautiful rooftops, and outdoor dinner. The pool was heated and very relaxing.

I paid for a specific room and was not given it. Non-helpful staff with this issue. Long story short: I was charged a full suite rate for a non-suite room -- very challenging for travelling with toddlers and frustrating to deal with that at the beginning of a vacation.

Had a negative experience in this hotel. I have already paid the stay through booking.com and upon arrival they ask me for the credit card and charge me for everything again. When checking out they said they will return the money and now over a week ago i been calling and nothing. Also, the pool was really dirty during the whole stay. It had a lot of dead bugs and grass. I notify the staff and they said it gets clean at night. However, the next morning was the same. Never staying here again.

Everything was nice except the restaurant food. Although the restaurant food was not good, the gentleman that was working there was very nice and he was doing everything (waiter, cook, and cashier).

The room was spacious and very clean. The room had a balcony with a stunning view. The waiter in the restaurant was also very friendly and he went out of his way to accommodate us. He was the best.

Staff was indifferent as tho we were interrupting. We accidentally left a bag behind, we immediately sent our driver back to retrieve it (15 mins), they charged us $34 for our error, and without any dialogue.

I traveled with family and the front desk staff/management screwed over my travel party by not adhering to our reservations. My brother booked (and paid for in cash at check in) a family suite with a balcony. He did not receive this room type as the hotel placed him in a standard two queen room. When we went to talk to the front desk team they were not accommodating in getting us the room we booked, nor did they offer a lower rate or refund!!!

Clean rooms and the bell staff were very helpful getting luggage up and down the stairs.
