This is my second time staying here and we love this property! The private beach access, delicious onsite restaurant, the pools and amenities are all great! Very close to town but far enough to feel like you're not in Nautla.

    We loved everything

The wifi connection is very poor. They need to improve it.

Fast friendly check in. The restaurant was good and we did not have to leave the property to find a better meal. We came the day school was back in so there were almost no guests. Very quiet and restful. The massage was 550 pesos and we recommend the service.

Breakfast bufette is poor, in relation to cost. They started by 9:30 which for us was to late. There wasn't menu options until 11:30. On pool areas, there are no enough lighting. And even they stop saling on restaurant . You are not able to bring your own sodas or meals.

We enjoyed the pools, and nice to have access to the beach. My children liked the animals, plus the place is nice with so much vegetation.

The Restorant has very low quality food, and the breakfast buffet seemed very expensive for what it offered. I think it needs to be improved. It would be nice if the rooms had a mini-fridge.

Restaurant service hours aren't the best. Service and food at the restaurant could improve given it is the only choice to eat around there.

Beautiful location with a wide unspoiled, stretch of beach and set in a un spoilt forest of palm, trees, bananas, et cetera. The staff are wonderful though the hotel itself is rather dated. It lacks some of the facilities one gets used to like kettle, fridge et cetera. Of course, if you like retro, this would be the place to stay. We liked the food in the restaurant – particularly having fresh fish every day. even though the staff only speak Spanish, they were very helpful with us via the age of Google Translate.

If you don’t have a car, then you are rather isolated here. And if the weather isn’t good there isn’t much else to do. It would be nice if there was a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also, there is no Internet access in the room, only in reception and in the restaurant.

It's a very good place, the personnel is very kind and helpful. The turtle release every day is amazing, the crocodile place also, and the food is superb. I'm very happy with my reservation here.

The only points to improve, are: The facilities look a little old, the internet is very slow and only have cover in a few public areas (lobby, restaurant, and pool), and many of the hotel areas are sub-utilized due to lack of personnel to organize these activities, like the volleyball field, football camp, etc.

Th scenery is quiet and breathtaking. The suite was great and very clean, I specially loved the perfume they use after cleaning the rooms. The jacuzzi was amazing, as it had a gorgeous view to the ocean. Food at the palapa was nice, staff attention was excellent. There are several activities, including turtle release, and cocodrile watching. This hotel make a great conservation effort, which add points to the experience.

The pool has no heating system. While this may not be necessary during summer months, autumn and winter tend to be chilly.
