Probably the WiFi connection. To me, it wasn’t working. This is just my opinion, but the pillows were kind of uncomfortable.

Love how the staff were very kind and helpful. Our room looked clean and organized.

When I booked, it said GYM and also included mini fridge in room. the GYM was being used as a storage room, the room didn't have a mini fridge. Also, their restaurant food, was not that good for the prices.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was awesome, swimming pool was very nice.

Worse reservation policy. They cancel our booking without notice. The communication is not good and the staff showed a bad attitude. Honestly, I think this place do not meet booking standards. I do no not recommend this place for travelers

I reserved 2 rooms but they were canceled at 6pm when I arrived at 8pm they only had one room. We went ahead and accepted and they brought us an extra mattress. The beds are full size not queen. Two persons per bed barely fit and not comfortable. The mattresses are not comfortable they are hard. No coffee or continental breakfast. Only 2 towels per room. We had to ask for extra towels.

Aesthetically the hotel looks nice and the pool is in the center court with rooms having a front door as well as a glass sliding door facing the pool.

An unexpected gem at the end of a day’s driving. Gorgeous grounds, lovely huge room, comfortable bed, quiet. Staff were all wonderful. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and we all enjoyed our meals…excellent soup! Check in and check out were both quick and easy, accompanied by pleasant smiles. Secure parking right outside our room door. Great value for money, highly recommended. We wished we had more time to stay and enjoy all it had to offer.

Very untrusting Hotel with reservations, when you book a room and get there late your reservation will probably be canceled, I got there late this week around 9:45pm and my reservation was canceled because I didn’t get there before 6:00pm. And was told this is what they do when it is after 6:00pm. I still got a room what they had, but just because they canceled a reservation from an other person and give me that one. And exactly I got a message from the hotel that they canceled my reservation after it is 6:00pm around 8:40 and I texted them back that I would show up, just a bit later and still got canceled.

There was an altercation close to our rooms, we felt unsafe and checked out early. There was a wedding at the hotel and there was people fighting ( it was so loud it appeared to be a fight ) people screaming, coming in and out of rooms, loud music and driving very fast around the parking lot. Will not stay here again.
