I really liked this hostel. The staff were great. The hostel has a friendly, alternative vibe. The beds were comfortable. There is decent kitchen and rooftop area. Location was good.

Nothing, it was lovely!

The staff here was superfriendly and the lady really did her best to make me feel at home. Loved staying here, would do it again! The terrace is also great, and the beds have curtains so you can get your privacy when needed.

I've been a hosteller for about 50 years and have stayed at different hostels in Queretero. This one is now my new go--to hostel because of the exceptional staff. My requests were responded to promptly and even though I only stayed one night I felt right at home. This hostel attracts a diverse group of travelers, even mature ones like myself who no longer sleep in upper bunks.

The breakfast is a bit basic - cereals and toast with marmalade. The whole hostel is a bit old and basic. But all in all it's great value for money and I would highly recommend staying there.

The staff - Oscar & Aricela are super friendly and helpful. Aricela is a wonderful human being and has so many crazy stories from her life. The location - only 3 minute walk from the main square. The beds are comfy and the privacy curtains are good.

It felt dirty; there was really no place to read or study - or visit - except two couches in a dim room with the TV. Breakfast was cornflakes & milk or white bread/toast & margarine. There were five cups and limited flatware or dishes, but the morning coffee was decent. The front desk was rarely manned, so newcomers would ring the doorbell repeatedly and wait.

Location - en El Centro within easy walking distance of all sorts of places.

It is missing basic points of maintenance and care. Ex. Doors that does not close and poor cleaning. The shower room is unissex what would not be a problem if it was not super small and shared in 2 compartments, what can makes you feel like you are taking shower with other person.

Read reviews on other platforms. This extremely overpriced for what you get which is nothing. Extremely loud. Worse than a party hostel. Children running around all day long and people talking and watching tv until past midnight. A worker barged into the room to yell at a volunteer at 7am. Reeks of weed. Don't stay here.

They let me store bag for a couple hours which was nice.

No bedlight, dirty bathrooms and kitchen. The lady in charge of the hotel, very rude, no CS training. Do not accept card and expect you to have change. The sound of the doors when someone opens/closes the door
