The room was really, it had a nice decoration touch, a comfy bed, place to put your stuff, and a big bathroom with all the amenities needed. The location was also good, in the city center near to the main streets of the center. We walked everywhere. Staff was always available when we had questions, they were very friendly.

The only thing that I’d say was bad and its such a minor inconvenience, is water pressure in the shower

I absolutely loved my stay here. The place is extremely quiet, and it feels like having your own private apartment surrounded by a huge, gorgeous garden. Everything is beautifully designed, with so much attention to detail that makes the space feel special and unique. Even the little touches like having a steamer in the wardrobe added extra comfort and convenience. It’s truly a thoughtfully designed and relaxing place to stay.

- the place is also a cafe, rooms are next to the patio of the cafe - you get a key to enter for the evening as there is no staff (it is a cafe) - quite expensive as there are no other facilities

- great location, walking distance from many restaurants etc - beautiful designed bathroom, high ceilings - friendly staff - nice touch with the coffee maker

Not a lot of privacy as the cafe outside run from 9am-4:30pm. Once you open the door you see customers from the cafes. Hot water is limited in the shower. I would say is a bit overpriced for what you getting. It feels more like and air bnb then a hotel

This didn’t end up being an issue, but you have to wire them half the fee ahead of time, which felt a bit sketchy and unusual but it all was fine.

Beautifully designed space, very clean, and within a great cafe. Feels like a special experience to have the atrium space to yourself after-hours. One of two guest rooms, which creates a quiet and chill atmosphere. The cafe also serves delicious food and drink which is super convenient for starting your day. Really close to the central areas and restaurants. Plus the staff (especially Janni!) was kind and helpful.

The property was incredible. The only thing was the a/c was not powerful enough to fill the space, with such high ceilings, and the nights were a little uncomfortable due to the heat.

The location is perfect! Within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, galleries, museums and so much more! It was also amazing to have access to delicious food and coffee literally right outside our door from the cafe! The staff was so friendly and supportive, thank you!

We stayed in room A and the traffic noise from the street was very loud throughout the night. It would be useful to provide earplugs for light sleepers.

The decor was beautiful and we loved the peaceful inner courtyard. The Jr-Kiyo team were exceptional with their warm hospitals helpfulness.

There was nothing to dislike – We loved it all.

A beautifully designed space in centro Oaxaca, this was our little oasis that we were happy to return to after a day of sightseeing. The space was roomy, the bed was generous, and the bathroom was beautiful. There were small touches, like the wall-mounted CD player, and the little courtyard outside of the room was also very serene and peaceful. The location was also unbeatable, as well as the staff that were super friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect - it is a short walk to the center of town, but the street itself is not too noisy. The space is very cool and modern. Also, breakfast had great variety, especially with the breakfast menu.

Nothing! Wish we had stayed longer!

The staff, especially Maria, were amazing. So kind and lovely. Maria communicated clearly with us to ensure we had a smooth arrival (even with our travel plans being changed) and was very accommodating to our needs. The rooms and bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL as well as the outside patio area. It was very peaceful and quiet. The food in the cafe where the breakfast is included is also absolutely divine. We tried most thing son the menu!! Nothing to complain about here. Also, the smell of the shower gels and moisturisers were so good! I asked whether we could buy them!

Road noise didn't bother me but may do for some people. My husband woke up every night briefly as he heard some strange scratching sound he thinks may have come from the roof? The inflexible breakfast timings because the food comes from the cafe. It's mostly the pity because it was so delicious!

Staff were super responsive - sorted out a showerhead issue promptly. They tried to make some accomodation for us not being able to have breakfast because of early day trips.Breakfast when we're able to have it was absolutely delicious and a great modern take on traditional flavours. Also yummy drinks! Comfortable bed and pillows and a large room. Some reviews complained about the platform bed but we liked it. Nothing I could say I did not like.

Jr- kiyo made my trip very special. The place was very secluded but great location as well. Breakfast was very creative and flavorful. Coffee and teas were amazing! Staff were always welcoming and helpful. Communicate with hotel was always on point and clear. Maria who is a manager was so kind and wonderful. I will definitely stay if I go to Oaxaca again.

Incredibly beautiful. Small details were really thought about, like the pineapple water upon arrival. Our host Maria was incredibly helpful too. The shower was the stuff of dreams!! The CD player, the tall ceilings and the comfortable bed were all amazing too!!
