Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location, the facilities and the breakfast were really good. The barman was great, he prepared for us really good cocktails.

The JW Marriott is a new and stylish hotel, with a great location, many restaurants close by. Rooms are spacy and clean.

United StatesHousekeeping terrible! Would knock when Do Not Disturb sign in Spanish was on the door. Could not provide a bottle opener, had to call down every time! Needed scissors to wrap Christmas gifts, I was told I needed to go down and retrieve the scissors, could not be brought to room. Zero logic! The sheets on bed with comforter in middle was very uncomfortable. Personnel were not nice with the fact I had a service dog. Very low intelligence.
Very greasy food. Waiters making mistakes every time on bill.

Saudi ArabiaCustomer service is quite slow, apparently, they lost my laundry twice, but no one told me the truth until I got really upset and demanded for a fast solution. One day they forgot to change the towels, and in a different day they didn't left any towel, which shows inconsistency in the service provided. All in all, for the price charged, it lacked the extra you are paying for.
The breakfast was superb, with local cuisine options. The location is wonderful and splendid for a night walk. During the weekend it was full, and the restaurant options around are superb! The location is the best...

United StatesThere was a stain on the sheets of one of the beds that was there on arrival but I didn’t see it until I laid down. I slept in the other bed but left those stains uncovered for the cleaning staff to see expecting the sheets to be changed but when I returned the bed was made up again with the stains left in place but covered up again. At that point I felt that I might be sleeping in someone else’s bed. I asked the cleaning staff for coffee for the coffeemaker but none was put into my room. Breakfast was a disaster. The coffee was awful and there was no cream. Only Coffee Mate. Major hotel line with elevated charges, not the service one expects. The menu choice I took was the Regiomontano breakfast that had small bean and avocado offerings. The taste of the food was not good as one would expect from the Marriott company. Very disappointed. I have included a picture of the bed stain, the in room coffee selection and of the generous breakfast in this survey.
