There was almost no space in the room to dry clothes, shower head could not be turned so water sprayed over thr floor in bathroom.

Very friendly staff, always available for help and suggestions. Great location, less than 10min walk from town center. Great bar with pool and amazing burgers and cocktails.

Very noisy: you hear the street a lot, until very late, and music coming from a close by bar. Also super noisy people, not clear if it was staff or guests. They were doing works on the bar next to the pool, so no drinks possible.

I am giving 8 stars because in room we were missing some amenities like cups or mugs, small fridge would be nice specially in climate like this, kettles and staff like that. That would improve staying a lot.

I think the service could definitely be better. No one asked us ever if we need something and we got only a bottle water at the beginning. It was also completely to ask for extra towels for the swimming because no one understood what we mean. Nevertheless for the 2/3 days it is completely fine and it was I we said already for a very good price.

The rooms only have small windows and it feels like not a lot of air is coming through the rooms - this is especially a problem because the walls in the rooms have just been painted and there was a very extreme smell of paint in the rooms. We have asked to change our room, which was not a problem at all and stuff was very kind - unfortunately the other room had the same smell.

Shower head was old and water was everywhere except on oneself. Hot water is connected to the flushing instead of the sink. A mug or glass would have been nice to be able to take some hot water in the room.

Very close to the centre, like 3 blocks away. Parking in the courtyard of the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Quiet at night. Safe worked well.

deluxe family room seems like just a standard room with two full beds. doesn’t seem any bigger so fitting a pack and play is doable but just manage your expectations.

The door doesn't automatically lock which wasnt ideal but not a deal breaker. There also weren't bedside lamps which was a bit annoying, and the wifi was TERRIBLE in my room.

The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Rooms were well stocked with a tv, new towels and soap, etc. Staff were helpful and polite. The pool was also nice for a quick dip.
