A little noise in the morning from the staff getting breakfast ready since rooms are close to kitchen.

The hotel is in a home and the owners were there to greet us at check in. They are very friendly and accommodating. It felt as if we were part of the family. Continental breakfast each morning was prepared and ready by 8am. Juice, coffee, cereal, fruit, toast. The room was pleasant, clean, and comfortable.

The water faucet and shower could change to a better one would be even better.

The hotel staffs are very nice and friendly and speak very good English especially Oswaldo. He gave me a lot of tips for my travels. And Mariana cooked and prepared the tummy breakfast. I slept so well because it's very quiet and comfortable and it's so convenient and safe for my late arriving and super early chk out and on my layover i just walked around the safe neighborhood also.

The staff were all super friendly, especially Pepe, who went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The rooms were kept very clean. There was plenty of hot water for showers. And the wifi was very fast.

This is a family run hotel and you are treated like you are part of the family. They have a lovely continental breakfast that is ready at 8:00 a.m. sharp and you can use the kitchen facilities.

The only thing I will mentioned is, that rooms and bathrooms are a tad small, but that didn't bother me at all.

It is a small family run operation. That means it is very personal and almost cozy! Staff and owners go above and beyond to help and fulfill needs. The location is super centrally located, minutes walk away from all the sights, restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located in a side road which makes it very quiet. The rooms are fairly modern, nice bathrooms, good showers. They provide drinking water in the rooms! Internet works great! They offer a continental breakfast, with toast, fruit, cereal, juice and coffee. If need you can use the kitchen to prepare small meals or bring lunch or dinner to the hotel. And it is affordable! For me this was the perfect fit!

Location to 5 Dey Mayo was short walk and Oxxo & Restaurants 5 min away. Best part was staff Oswaldo helped a ton and his English was great.

Oswaldo, the staff member who greeted us and helped us check in was great! He even offered to help carry our bags to our room. He spoke great English which was very helpful for us; he explained everything that we needed to know.

Initially, we worried about the noise when we saw our room was off the main corridor just down from the office. But it was not a problem at all! This family run hotel was a quiet oasis!

The staff at Tres Sofias really go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They are friendly, informative and really give a "homely" feel while respecting privacy and being professional. The location is fabulous, a quiet neighbourhood just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armes. There is a lovely continental breakfast included with hot options available at reasonable prices. It is also nice that you can use their clean kitchen to self cater. We booked a 2am drive to the airport with this hotel and were so very glad we did. Roger was a great driver who went out of his way to get us to our flight on time when a traffic delay caused the main road to be blocked. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Queretaro!

It was a place like home, cute room, quiet, safe, very clean and comfy. Good breakfast and really, really nice staff. Conveniently situated, with an excellent French bakery next door as well as a lavandería. Some 200m uphill there was a lovely plaza with an excellent café/restaurant, which belonged to the bakery. Highly recommended - El mercado de la Cruz, where they sell local produce, above all, excellent cheese. It's 15 minutes' walk.
