United StatesThe kitchen and room service is sloooow and and times mediocre. Lots of miscommunications. I also would like to suggest a small refrigerator. This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at with no refrigerator!!
I asked for a quiet room, and I got it and loved it!

United KingdomWell, upon arrival, I asked the reception man what were the chances of a free upgrade and he just laughed at me and made me feel very uncomfortable by asking this question. My logic is always if you do not ask you do not get so I just asked the question, but like I said, I was just laughed I made to look an idiot so the receptionist staff need to practice their experience on looking after customers and also the bathroom shower bath was terrible. We could not drain the water away from the bath because the sink hole was not working properly and the water was not draining from the bath. So all in all not a very pleasant day this time. And plus we did put in a request for a same level rooms, because my mother-in-law was unable to get up and down the stairs properly but that request was not given to her
The waiting staff for breakfast in the morning. We’re very very lovely people they were very helpful and helped us very much and the staff in the Starbucks. We’re also very helpful and very friendly and very nice people
