Very picky point but I wished they gave us shower mats, the floors were really slippery after our shower and we had no mats to dry our feet with.

DO TAKE NOTE, when we arrived, there was NO OPTION to pay by card, bank transfer and cash only which came as a bit of a surprise. Could not get connected to the WiFi, so I cannot comment on the speed. Would have been nice if there were some drinking (water) glasses in the room. Shower head needs to be replaced, but we always bring our own based on travel experience, so not an issue for us.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Parking is a bit tight, and our car is not the biggest, just a VW T-Cross. Great view from the balcony (second floor), however there are rooms with a balcony where the view is obstructed by a huge tree. Water was provided, the room was clean and spacious. Bed (king size) was a bit soft to our liking. We never travel over weekends so the place was quiet, cannot comment on the vibe over weekends. Requested a hairdryer which was provided by the friendly staff. NOT hotel related information: When you decide to hike to the temple, good shoes and water is a must. Just walking the streets of the beautiful Tepotzlán requires good sturdy shoes as the cobble stones can be ankle breakers. Enough places to eat and sites to see around Tepotzlán and other pueblos.

We couldn't pay by card. Had to ask my family for cash. You cant have the promised view from the Tepozteco or the mountains from the room since there is a big tree blocking the view. And it doesnt have an option of mini fridge to store at least drinks and keep them cool.

How close it was to the main street and the how confortable were the beds. The decoration of the hallways. Staff was great and helped us with fans for the room cause the heat was awful.

The rooms were set up to include a kitchen but didn’t. We didn’t need a kitchen but would have liked a small fridge.

The hotel is situated right where you want to be in Tepoztlán. Close to the market, restaurants and the archeological site. Beautiful view and amazing Terrance on top of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helping.

The staff were extremely kind, but the money issue was never very straight-forward. There were clear images of what I’d booked on Booking.com and they tried to put me in a lesser room… and then charge me an upgrade for the room I booked. I showed them the pictures and then they agreed and everything was fine. But I did find myself standing up for my “rights” money-wise a few times…

The parkinglot entrance is quite narrow and you need to manauver a lot to get in and out.

Too much humidity in the rooms and it is very hot, even with a fan it is not enough because inside the property it is very humid. It is located next to a public parking lot, so both days at 8am they played loud music there and we woke up because of the unbearable noise.
