My wife made a seemingly simple request for an iron to prepare for her day. The recepción staff immediately responded that none were available. We had to go in the middle of the night to retrieve an iron. Upon returning to the hotel an iron miraculously became available…. The receptionist was rude to my wife and did not thoroughly investigate first whether an iron was available and then responding. Simple customer service was very much lacking. Everything else about the hotel was excellent but as a frequent hotel user the recollection of this experience soured our experience and likely will result in us never visiting tus hotel ever again.

The Roma and restaurant were excelente.

The digital directions were incorrect— don’t know if this is the hotel’s fault or booking.com’s error, but it should be corrected. I was driving in circles for 30 minutes at the site I was led to. Finally I asked for help and immediately found it.

The restaurant is amazing. They have seafood specialties and everything tested great The room was also good, quiet, clean and good space. Very recommended if you are planning to move in the north area of Veracruz

I recently stayed at Lithio Hotel in Veracruz and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax after exploring the city. The location was decent, making it easy to access nearby attractions. One of the highlights was the included breakfast, it was fantastic, with a variety of options that were both fresh and delicious. Overall, Lithio Hotel offers good value for the price and I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay in Veracruz.

The location is mostly surrounded by warehouses, not near any of the nice attractions for tourists.

Neighborhood is not very touristic and of doubtful safety. But you can still park your car there and visit other places.

Hotel is better than a 5 star hotel I stayed. Is new and has all comforts. Personnel is very kind. Food is amazing. Would definately recommend.

Maid would clean when we left once late in the evening and would go through our drawers which had our belongings in them (I know this because she would organize very personal things) then would turn the AC off when she left so when we came back to the room it was super hot. There was no smoking area, standing in front of the hotel in the driveway wasn't ideal for anyone. Breakfast could use some more variety. Paid for breakfast included and after the 1st morning breakfast we didn't use it again for the whole week.

24 hour room service was very nice. Hotel was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hot water came quickly and didn't ever run out. Had a refrigerator and microwave which is nice especially for longer stays. Checking in and out was quick and easy.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. The breakfast was good. The pool was a little small if you are traveling with a lot of people but other than that the hotel was a perfect choice , and I Would definitely recommend it . It is about 30-45 mins. From the beach .

Room was modern and clean. On-site parking was very welcome. The restaurant was amazing - super tasty evening meal and breakfast (included) - staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite being next to a busy road and commercial area the room was very calm and comfortable. Great water pressure and a restful stay!

I don't remember having disliked something from this hotel.

The rooms were large for the price, very clean, very nice furniture. The internet was very good, no problems with videoconferences or HD videos. The staff was very nice, and the service was excellent.
