United StatesIf you want to party and have fun this is a great place. But if you want to rest during the weekend, is not your best choice. Also the bathrooms can be cleaner (shower floors).

United StatesThe room was pretty run down and has not been updated for a while. The cable for the TV was just hanging from the wall, the TVs remote did not work, and the electrical plugs - specially by the bed- were worn out and so my phone didn't stay plugged in. Kind of annoying when I realized that it was almost down to zero. I had to plug it in by the sink. The mattress, which was basically just a thin futon type mat laid over a frame, was not very comfortable. The sheets came off all the time. One thing that was particularly annoying was the layout of the small bathroom. And the shower was really kind of a mess. There wasn't a place to put your shampoo except on the floor, the shower curtain was barely hanging on the rod, the toilet paper dispenser was completely broken. It really wouldn't take that much work to fix things like that. But they didn't. And one thing that I was very disappointed was that there was no mini fridge in the room. I realize that many fridges are not as common in rooms in mexico, but they are not that expensive and they are extremely useful for storing leftovers or beer.
The location of the property is really very good for doing things in San Carlos arlos. As an unexpected added benefit, the nightclub on the property is actually one of the more happening places in town. I would never have guessed. The size of the room was good.
