Our room was very pretty, comfortable and clean. Washrooms we’re clean and tidy. We had tv in our room. The place is very convenient if you reach Oaxaca by bus, the terminal is across the street. We thought it would be noisy but it wasn’t.

Being right next to the station was a little noisy and bright, but the fan helped for white noise. The bathrooms weren't super clean. There was no water available.

My bus arrived at almost 1 a.m. in Oaxaca, and it was perfect to walk right to the hostel. I was the only one in the dorm and the beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood around the hostel is also really adorable and full of street art.

Shower is only for one. Wasn't clean and the hot water comes after 5-10mins. Notice there is no laundry and clothes washing is not allowed. It is difficult to find laundry during the event.

The location is great near the ADO terminal. Also cheap during the day of the dead event. You can still make a walk to the city center. The room is a with a couple bunker beds. Room is clean with a window l.

The bathroom was very dirty. Would not recommend to stay there longer then a night.

I had to catch a night bus so I stayed there for one night to be right next to the ADO bus station. The location is actually quite nice as there are on the way to the city centre many many nice coffee places and small shopping places!

The bathroom was very dirty, I really don't understand why it was not even clean a bit since the workers were watching the place all the time so they could just go and clean the bathroom. There was not toilet paper even though I saw it next to reception.

The location was very good and the bed was comfy.

Shared bathroom smelt really bad, toilets often didn’t have toilet roll, no hot water, no curtains on dorm beds, safes not big enough to store our rucksacks, not enough safes in the room for every guest, location a bit out the way but close to the bus station

The room was nice. But too much light coming through. It was a very noisy area to stay. even with ear plugs. I stayed seven nights far too long. Two nights would have been enough. One morning I woke up and found a family sleeping outside my door at 6.00 with kids making far too much noise. My room was never cleaned once from the day I entered it. I asked for a clean towel half way through my stay. It was like asking for blood..

Clean hostel, Right across road from ADO. Great for short trips. Amazing friendly helpful staff. Good vaule for money , good location with a market 5 minutes away for food, 15min walk from main center. Decent

Good for one night. I don’t recommend long stays here. It’s a little loud because literally right next to the ADO and not good for meeting other travelers from outside of Mexico.

The staff is amazing (when they are there). This hostel is very very local. You will have mostly Mexican travelers in transit to their next location staying here. A lot of bunks in one room. The bathroom is clean and warm showers.

First of all, it's very difficult to communicate with the staff/owners because the receptionists are available for a very short time window - therefore good luck trying to check in after 6pm. The owner is also very difficult to contact via phone call or booking.com messages. The hostel could also be cleaner sometimes, and hot water could be more consistent.

The location is good, i also like the simplicity of the place. The staff that worked there was friendly (shout-out to Angel). My bed was relatively comfortable.

First, I want to mention that I rarely leave bad reviews, but this time it’s necessary. I stayed here during Día de los Muertos, and this was the only option available in town. The place is really bad. There is no key for the room—only a code for the main entrance, which wasn’t always locked. The location is directly in front of the bus station, making it very busy with people coming and going, and anyone could enter. There aren’t enough lockers (it’s a 4-bed room, but only 3 lockers). There are only two power outlets: one by a bunk bed and another high up near the ceiling—essentially leaving only one plug for four people in the room. There was no water in the bathroom on my second day, and the bathroom itself is in poor condition. There’s no recycling bin in the room; we used the bathroom bin, which wasn’t emptied daily. The room also wasn’t cleaned daily. There’s no sign for this place on the street (it’s above a store), so I had to ask inside the store, as the address is the same. Booking, please remove this accommodation from your platform.

If you use the ADO bus service, getting in and out of the city is easy, as the station is directly across the street. The sheets were clean. The guy at the reception was nice.

The bed was not comfortable, the towels were broken (a hole so big my breast poked through), the bathroom was dirty. But I do think you get what you pay for. The worst thing was the noise. The workers were watching videos on their phone really loud the whole night and we were next to reception and it kept us awake all night.

The location was good, especially if you are using the ADO bus.

Shower didn’t work and when it did couldn’t get any hot water. Bathroom was always dirty without any toilet roll, I’m not sure anyone cleaned it at all during my 2 night stay. Booked a female only dorm only to wake up on my second night to find a male in one of the beds!

One fan in a room where it couldn't reach all beds. So needing to keep window open and it was bright and loud. No kitchen facilities. There was one maybe two chairs for common area to sit.

Staff were all around helpful and great. EXTREMELY close to bus station.

there was no toilet roll for the duration of our stay, there were no members of staff present the whole time, the only way we got in was due to another girl seeing us outside on cctv. (the hostel did WhatsApp us but if you have no WiFi how are you meant to know ?) There was one plug socket in the room, high up on the wall- very impractical. There was a phone ringing in reception from 5.30am and it didn’t stop for around 30 minutes. WiFi terrible. check in time on here is incorrect. No lid on the toilet cistern.

It was already announced but there is no kitchen or common area.

Spacious and clean room, just in front of Ado. Friendly personnel who let us keep the bag a bit after checkout . Enough showers and toilets. There are bus stops, restaurants, mini markets nearby. Easy to walk to city center.
