A little bit pricey but I did stay at a cheaper hotel in Playa del Carmen and it was terrible!!!! So this was a lovely upgrade for me and I was willing to pay the price.

I was there during sargassum season so was so lovely to have a clean pool to cool off in after a day walking the streets. It was a great location for easy access to everything. A laundry just about 4 blocks down to do my washing. Easy access to walmart and to walking street with restaurants etc.

Really loved our stay here! Great location everything was a short walk away. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool bar was great was lovely food and excellent service. Pool was clean and well maintained. We used the spa facilities which were great. Breakfast was great also. Would highly recommend.

The location is perfect, it is right across from Coco Bongo, but surprisingly, the noise didn’t reach our room, one night of our stay people were yelling after a show but that can't be helped. We chose to add breakfast to our stay and were glad we did. There was a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were friendly and very attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. Comfortable bed and very clean room

the staff at the bar is not really friendly so you don’t want to keep ordering. the chairs by the pool ate never cleaned and/or repositioned. the shower has a too powerful stream. i booked the spa and the steam room was jot working (no discounts), and you can’t go freely to the sauna or steam room. You have to do what the lady is telling you… $30 was too expensive. massages are too expensive and only 50min long

The location is fantastic. You set one foot outside the door and you are in the center of playa del Carmen, and yet once you enter the hotel it’s only peace and quiet. ADO bus and ferries in walking distance. The personal is very friendly. Everything was clean and the king size bed was super comfortable.

Towels and robes in the room are of poor quality, some of the staff were not very friendly (reception and bar). You can fix this and hotel will be cool. Good luck!

The pool was really nice to have, especially when the beaches are full of seaweed. The room itself was good however the bathroom was very poor. The shower provided not much water to wash you hair and it took very long for warm water to come out. We also told this to the reception.

Towels were old, slightly grey in colour, very disappointing for a Spa hotel. Also when our room hadn’t been clean by mid-afternoon and I asked for fresh towels I was given the choice of replacing the towels or room service and wait for towels. Very strange and inflexible. If you go for the package with massage as we did, you only get a basic massage and to upgrade to an alternative type would have cost twice as much again as a massage in the town at the numerous massage rooms, private spas and treatment rooms.

Lovely hotel in the middle of the town centre very close to the night life and retail, whilst having a rain forest oasis feel to it.

The pool was cold. It doesn’t get much sun and there are a lot of trees around. Nonetheless it’s a nice area to relax.

Great location, very close to all shops and restaurants but still quiet for relaxation. I love the green trees and the swimming pool here. Room is really big and beautiful. Good breakfast choices. Staff is really nice especially the doorman.
