Bed room area is too small.

Kitchen had utensils with coffee maker, stove and microwave as advertised. Central location, easy walk from Chapala Plus bus terminal.

Good place to stay in central Chapala. A little bit expensive (as for Mexican standards) but deserves its price. Very friendly and helpful owner. Fully equipped apartment with everything you need. Walking distance from harbour.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

I loved the fact that is was within walking distance to restaurants, the Mercado, Lake Chapala and even the church. The host, la Sra. Mary, was very friendly, always making sure everything was okay or if I needed everything.

Could probably use a good deep cleaning, but it wasn't really dirty, either. Construction nearby probably added to the dust in the air, so collected on surfaces.

Very convenient location for walking the Malecon, and close to good restaurants. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. And really appreciated the coffee maker (but I felt the need to wash it first). Host was very attentive and helpful. Very quiet, despite being on busy street.

The interior of the apartment is quite small and has no comfortable place. There is no room for a sofa or soft chairs. The bed was just too small for us, especially since we stayed 8 nights. TV was huge but you can only watch it from the small bed. Potential guests should understand that there are 3 flights of stairs.

Edgar was friendly and attentive. The location was excellent, just the best. The roof garden was quite nice and that is where we spent most all if our time.

We disliked the bed. It was too small and I found it too hard. The bathroom was fairly cramped. We had no extra toilet paper and had to ask for some - there should always be an extra roll!! The only obvious thing missing frm the kitchen was a cutting board. The stairway lights to our top floor room were dangerous. It seems that some Mexican designers like floor lighting shining up. When you are trying to peer down at a steep stairway, lights shining up into your eyes simply blind you. We could say the same about the three lights in the interior dividing wall. The space inside the suite was not large and there were too many furniture items, making it feel even smaller. Parking was difficult to find and none was provided. Some masonary work had been recently done and there was dust on the counter, floor, sink and stove. Apart from the engineering/design flaws, there seemed to be a general lack of care. After Manuel let us in and gave us the key, we never saw any staff member again (we were there for 2 days).

We liked the private rooftop area although the flies were bad (probably just the time of year). The kitchen was well set up. The location was excellent. Manuel was very nice and spoke English much better than he thought. We had no problem communicating and he was helpful. There was plenty of cupboard spacd.

The property advertises the hot tub as the standout feature of the apartment and it was the main reason we booked. We were told on arrival that it was undergoing some maintenance, which we should have been advised of much earlier. It was immaterial anyway, as the water was lukewarm and would have taken an hour to slowly fill the large tub - by which time it would have been completely cold. Essentially it was unusable as a hot tub, and we were very disappointed. Also, it may have been the season, but one corner of the apartment had a lot of little flies in it. They looked and moved like mosquitos, although possibly not as we weren't bitten. I feel a little bad for writing this given how friendly the on-site gentleman was, but this was our experience.

The location of the property is ideal, and some of the facilities, such as the kitchen and the TV with Netflix above the bed were handy. The property manager was friendly and made it easy for us to check-in.
