One little incident, was looking forward to a nice dinner, restaurant didn't have what we wanted to eat. We ordered 3 bottles of water asked for the check. Total was $110 gave server $200 pesos, he did not asked if change was needed or attempted to give change back. That was a bit upsetting for me since I'm used to deciding on how much I want to tip.

Staff very pleasant and attentive, room was beautiful, surroundings Beautiful as well. Will definitely come back again.

Very comfortable, clean, safe and the staff was absolutely lovely. It is a bit pricey when it comes to having breakfast there but it’s worth it! Just be prepared. Gorgeous view of Morelia from the balcony.

The front desk charge my card 3 times for my room stay, and im still waiting on the refunds to my bank card. At the New years dinner, they got my reservation wrong and moved me from my sitting after I confirmed with the coordinator if I was on the list and if that was my table. On another note, it was very uncomfortable to be asked by the elevator consirge every time if we had a room there. And another guest knocked on our door saying that was their room Because the suite we stay in didn't have a number or name on the door.

Not enough hooks in the bathroom. Lots of light switches - though the lighting was really nice, it was difficult to remember what was what

Where to start. The room and grounds were stunningly beautiful. Room was large and the bath was as big as the room itself. Mood lighting. Extremely comfortable bed. So much attention to detail. If you might need it, it was there. Robes, slippers, sunscreen and aloe by the pool…. Attentive staff. Went to get a spa treatment. It was heaven. Pictures do not do justice to this place.

There was some construction going on our last day, which was a little noisy, but improvements are always a good thing in the long run! Overall, nothing to complain about here.

The hotel was very clean and had all of the amenities you could ask for, with onsite restaurant and bar. Staff was attentive and helpful, and the layout of the property was unique and amazing.

The one thing that was disappointing was the front desk receptionist big attitude problem not nice at all Perla.

Front desk left out a few details on what the hotel offers, like shuttle to get to the nearby places. No hand soap in the public restrooms Pool isn’t open hot tub was not hot at all. Inside the suite: Iron didn’t work properly Light fixtures in bathroom above mirror were not working.

I experienced my favorite artist hotel and food is excellent.
