amazing stay. it's like staying in a 5-star hotel. staff is very welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to help. beds are very comfortable. They give proper coffee instead of the nespresso powder and they also have a valet service for the car.

Wow a great room. I had the Presidential Suite and I felt very presidential. Very big. Best bed I’ve slept on in Mexico. Amazing Terrace fit for a governor. Lots of places to put suitcases and stuff. Beautiful view of the Zocalo and church. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Mosquitoes got in our room easily even though we generally didn't encounter mosquitoes while out on the town. A couple of mosquitoes that had been previously killed were left smeared on the wall. There is no view to speak of out of our window, unlike other rooms. Our fan didn't work well even after the staff kindly fixed it once. Room is slightly small. Pro & con depending on your mood; there's a night club next door.

The location is excellent. There's lots to do nearby within walking distance. Easy to catch a cab. Cordoba ADO bus station is only an 8-minute car ride away. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Excellent dining right next to the hotel. Gorgeous community balcony. They were very kind to allow us to check in early.

1 person to take cars to car park in a queue of 10 cars. Car park is not easy to access. Air conditioners are in bad conditiones, most of our friends told us and ourselves experienced same, the oldish gentleman sent us late night to fix the air conditioning, told us off for calling if it was just change of batteries in the remote control or pressing the button hardly!!! Windows do not have double-glazed glass as the night clubs noise till 5am was shaking the windows allowing us to be annoyed by the noise. Restaurant expensive with not good variety.

Absence of customer care in the restaurant for the breakfast. After 20 men waiting for the waiter to take the order, I left the place. Many people in this restaurant ignoring the customers !

It is an old hotel and needs renovation, but rooms are okay. Internet is very slow and not stabile.

my room key card didn't work because the battery in the lock is dead, and they had no way to open the door for 30 minutes. the room next to the central atrium has light issues. whenever the lights in the hallway turn on, it shines into the room via a window. I found some tiny tiny bugs crawling on the walls sometimes.

It is right at the Central plaza. you can walk out and be at the cathedral and main plaza immediately. the AC is okay.

The Suite had no refrigerator as I’ve had in most hotels with suites. But the major problem I had was all the NOISE, NOISE, NOISE, NOISE!!!! Don’t stay at the Hotel Mansur if you want to rest or sleep from 12-5am. GLOW DISQO will keep you awake ALL NIGHT LONG seven days a week! The club is adjacent to the hotel on the corner. The when the club closes at 5am, for the next 30 minutes as their customers leave, the noises are from people yelling and hollering in the street not to mention the loud motorcycles and cars leaving the area. Do NOT expect to rest at all!!!!

Comfortable Room (Presidential Suite) great central location. The restaurant was good pleasant in the AM for breakfast. Reasonable cost for the room and food.
