Nothing to do with the hotel it has to do with taxis in Veracruz, many are not airconditioned and hel together with duct tape. Fares a confusing, they are my zones but the drivers charge what they want. They are antiquated and I would have to use gps on my phone to show them how to get where we are going. They don’t take credit cards. UBER or other services are rare to get.

The breakfast I would say just ok. I liked the locatiom

very well located and next to seafront. Good walking and jogging board walk. The staff of the hotel is super helpful, especially Ms. Sandra and Ms. Yazmin. They goes out of the way to sort out my booking.

The security guardians. I understand their work but they can be a little more polite They treatment like a delinquent because the reception forgot to give me the parking ticket

The location is great, walkable from Downton and folklore. Good food and the sea in front of the hotel The front desk is awesome, always attentive to help and very nice people

Seems like an old hotel and is very outdated. There were windows water leaks in our room and the elevator wasn’t working. Taking your bags up the stairs sucked but for a tip the staff could help. Hopefully will be fixed soon.

Location is awesome, close to the malecon and centro. Staff was outstanding and even helped us drive our vehicle through the Carnival blocked streets. Hotel and room were clean. Staff friendly. Rooftop pool was great!

The sonorisation of room is not very good. I was close to external exchanger for air conditionar. But for the rest good quality/price,. Good restaurant with good choice.

our key cards would deactivate often so every time we came into the hotel we had to reactivate them with the staff at the front desk. Being so close to the ocean, the smell of the sea lingered a bit in the hotel, but that is expected. The water in the coolers did taste a bit like chlorine so we didn’t drink it.

great location, helpful staff, room service was good, nice big room with AC, the pool was great. We were able to open our windows in our room :) they provided us with water bottles every day! The restaurant was nice. Beds were comfy!

- it was a little bit outdated - the breakfast was not bad, but it was not good either. for a very good breakfast, I would go to a cafe or restaurant

On arrival, I got assigned one room with a sea view, I got upstairs and left my stuff. When I tried to enter back again after going outside, the key was locked. In front desk they told me there have been a mistake and that I got a wrong room assigned. They changed me to a jail like room with absolutely no view other than a horrible ventilation shaft that had a really bad odor. Fortunately, the manager gave me a courtesy breakfast, which made things better next day and I was thankful for that. - There is no parking, it is a valet parking guy that takes your car away to who knows where, outside there are some spots but you may end up with your car locked by the transport police. - No safe box

- Centrally located, near to the aquarium, downtown and to the famous "La Parroquia" coffee. - Air conditioner was working good. - Good buffet breakfast, there is live music in the restaurant. - Amenities in the bedroom were good, the room itself is fine.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location, beautiful pool, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It's an easy 5-10 minute straight walk to the ocean. I would highly recommend it!

The beds are very old and uncomfortable made my back hurt badly. Also we got woken up at 9 am by the cleaning people to make a check out like wtf the room was barrow and to he beds very old and you can feel the springs
