The location is in the heart of Zipolite. The room was beautiful and clean, I loved sitting and people watching from the cute little balcony. It is quite hot, there is a fan but you will be very warm and the street noise is quite loud until midnight. It didnt bother me much. The people that live there are friendly and sweet, it felt very special to share space with them.

The water pressure wasn’t great but that is to be expected and was adequate.

The staff were so friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. So close to the main strip and beach. I had a little trouble finding the location as it was at night but Google maps was very helpful and the people at nearby shops pointed out where I needed to go.

It is right in the heart of Zipolite. The beach, restaurants and shops are all within 50 metres. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nice big room with balcony

Due to its location it can get a bit loud in some of the evenings but we adapted to it.

The rooms and location is really good. We really enjoyed our stay. You are one step away from the beach and all the restaurants. The fan and the ceiling fan really helps.

The unit did not include an AC and I am unsure if the other units do, so this may be very uncomfortable in hotter weather. I visited in late March and it was already quite warm.

The room was incredibly spacious with a view of the Main Street. It also included a bonus hammock and the shower/bathroom was practically the size of a second bedroom. The staff was very helpful in welcoming us and setting me up for a pleasant stay.

Lovely accomodating staff, helpful and kind. Cute garden and nice hangout area with tables. Clean nice room, two fans which is great, still quite hot at night but Mexico is currently having a heatwave Nice shared bathroom

The room is big, clean, with a particular style and confortable. The people working there are nice. I really enjoyed this place and would definitely recommend it. The location is great.

Sometimes the toilet tank didn’t refill with water ,but most of the time it worked. Just had to wait about 30 minutes. We just used the bathroom in the courtyard if ours was not working so it wasn’t to big of a deal.

Location was amazing! Walked to the beach every morning for sunrise in about 2 minutes or less. The host was so so sweet and helpful. Beautiful jungle vibes in the courtyard.

The shower was pretty weak, I guess not an issue only for this hotel.

Really nice place. The induction hot plate. Coffee maker. The lights are lovely. Balcony was lovely to spend time on.
