The sheets were stained, but easily got new ones.

The location is across from the city center park, AMAZING! 10 minute walk to Cenote Zaci! The restaurant was delicious and the pool was amazing and cool even in August. Part of the pool is shaded, which was needed for a sun break. It has that nostalgic feel. The rooms are nothing fancy, but very clean. I loved my stay there due to the pool, restaurant and ease of access to the park, stores and restaurants! Catch the park on a Sunday and see all the market vendors and cultural dancers of the area!

Great location, in the heart of the city, there's two restaurants we like better the one downstairs although the one upstairs has better view, staff did their job, nothing else.

Old hotel located just by the city square. They have a large swimming pool & good closed parking facility. Price is reasonable, you cross the street & you're in the city square parc

Nobody speaks English, but that did not matter because I speak Spanish.

Location is right next to the main town square and there is plenty to see and do within walking distance; and transportation is nearby. The ADO bus station is 3 blocks away. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but many cheaper ones with excellent food are in walking distance.

If you wake up early just tell the staff to turn on the hot water. Not a big deal but not available at around 6:30 in the AM.

Nice Staff. Excellent location in downtown within walking distance to restaurants and church. A bit noisy at night! Parking onsite , which is good considering their is no parking in Vallodolid!

I have no complaints. The hotel is in an old building. I knew that. All the old hotels have some issues. No big deal. No shower curtain so part of the bathroom gets wet. Again …. typical. Guests can be loud on the veranda. Pool was a bit chilly but refreshing. Again typical.

The hotel is across the street from the central plaza. Lot of things to do and places to eat close by. Out side our room was a small veranda overlooking the pool with tables and chairs. Nice for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Our room was average with a firm king bed. A little fridge. No microwave or coffee maker Bathroom was clean. Air conditioner worked fine. Parking on site. Didn’t try the restaurant or roof top bar.

The noise because they allow people to use the pool area for drinking and playing music late at night and that there was no parking space and we had to pay for an external parking place.

The location is great. The restaurant is very nice and the receptionist are very nice

The location was excellent. Although the building was dated, it was well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Considering the price, I was happy. It's not as plush as other places but for the rice, this was a bargain.
