You really need to have a car when staying here. It's a pretty good walk to any places to eat.

A bit disappointed with the breakfast since it was very limited and, for instance, the first morning when I arrived the bread was gone (probably half an hour after the breakfast service started).

Ths staff at reception was super helpful and friendly. She made sure we understood everything and made our check-in experience very pleasant. The views from our room were incredible, with a long balcony with sea views. The bed was huge and comfortable and the room had everything we needed.

A comfortable stay to explore Cabos. Walkable to the beach and surf break but needed Ubers to other places which was fine for me. Huge bed. Very clean apartment

Stunning view, fresh fruits every morning, pool and good location. But could be more clean, I was waking up every morning with small red itchy spots (guess it’s the bed bugs), not the best feeling, didn’t sleep well at all. Apart from that, everything was great

Not too walkable but Uber was fast and reasonable when you wanted.

Breakfast was a good basic continental- fresh fruits, toast or cereal. Offered at poolside for one hour each morning.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing - would recommend to have a more diverse variety or to include the eggs that need to be paid on-top in the initial breakfast paid.

If you have a car it’s a good location , if you’re planning on walking around nothing is very close very few places to eat nearby you will need to use uber restaurants within a few miles is cheap with uber but if you use uber to go to Cabo San Lucas it’s 25 to 35 US dollars the airport is about 20 dollars but this is much cheaper than a taxi cab, if you like long hot showers good luck our hot water tank was 5 gal, breakfast is fruit and bread ,cereal,coffee, anything else like eggs etc. is 8 US dollars

Even a small amount of heat in the pool during winter months would be welcome. We had a junior suite which normally would include a small eating table and chairs but not in our room. However there is a common kitchen and eating area on the pool deck .

We really liked the overall look of the hotel: pool deck, foliage, hillside location, continental breakfast, front office. The owner and staff all lovely.

Room was very basic. Breakfast is only for one hour (830a-930a). Requires a short but steep walk uphill to enter property. Photos of room are so what misleading. Dimensions advertised are exaggerated as the actual room size was much smaller.

Cleanliness is superb. Property is quiet. AC and air circulation of room is excellent. Views are amazing.

Although breakfast is included, it should offer more variety as it was the same every day, which is not ideal for people staying for a long time.

This property is as you see it in the pictures. It is located in a hill so it has a really nice view. Staff is super friendly and bed is comfortable.

Clean, but basic. “King” room had a queen bed turned on its side. We were put in a first floor room. The slider door locked but didn’t seem super secure. There was a gate at the front of the hotel and security cameras so I think the hotel was mostly safe. Continental breakfast included fruit bread cereal and coffee. Egg omelet, chorizo and bean breakfast was 8$ if you wanted. Pool looked clean but was small, we didn’t go in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the beach, although you have to walk along a busy road without a credible sidewalk for about 4 min. There is two restaurants on the beach that serve tourist priced food with a beach views. There is also a “seafood under the bridge” place that serves cheap ceviche and aqua chile from 10-5. An uber ride from the hotel to this area is about 2$. The walk back up from the beach to the hotel is about 15 min and steeply uphill. There are 2 small corner stores on the walk back home. There is a small bar/ restaurant on the intersection of the busy road and the road to the hotel we are guacamole at. Overall, a reasonable safe place for 100$ with walkable food options.

The rooms are a little dated and the bed although comfortable, wiggled quite a bit when turning over. The rooms are clean and if you are in the first floor you have a nice porch. I understand that some rooms there have been updated.

The outdoor space and gardens make this hotel a nice place to relax. It is very quiet and at times you have the place to yourself. It is up on a hill so you have a beautiful ocean view. The pool is refreshing.

The road conditions. The final 100 metres of the road to the hotel (the hotel is located on a hill) are not paved. There was a tropical storm that damaged this road, and the owner did not have a contingency plan leaving the guests to figure it out how to get the car out from there.

The room was clean and the hotel staff were attentive.

Nothing not to like. Could offer bottled water in room or share that there was filtered water in the kitchen.

Common area w/ pool, outdoor kitchen and exercise area was a nice surprise and had a beautiful view of the Gulf.
