The staff members were so friendly and helpful! Loved the pool and size of condo but it smelled of mildew. I don’t recommend the marina side condos… we barely slept Saturday night and then again on Tuesday night because of the loud parties in restaurants around the marina. The tourist trap here was not our vibe but there was lots of great restaurants and exploring further into town.

If there was something wrong it would be the lack of an elevator to the pool and back rooms.

Phenomenal location, it had everything within the proximity. Food was a bit pricey on the strip but that was expected and there are more affordable options just 10-15 minutes out. We got a room with a harbour view, which was gorgeous. Room was spacious and well-equipped (all that we needed and more, it even had a fondue machine), bed was comfy. Rooftop pool was a nice bonus.

The shower head and pressure was very poor. The smoke detector was placed directly above the kitchen and when we used the toaster anywhere in the room it immediately set off the detector. It would be impossible to cook anything in the room, it needs to be checked out or replaced. If you are a light sleeper it might be tough from the music outside, thankfully we use a noise machine and were fine with that.

Good location, nice price, good space in room, close to everything, pretty marina views. Pool was small but relaxing and had great views as well. Bed was pretty comfortable.

No elevator on our side, walking up & down to the 3rd floor in the heat sucked. Specially with luggage & groceries.

We go to Cabo very year in November, this was the 4th year in a row to stay at this condo. The TV cable package is horrible, there’s not hardly any US stations, for that reason, I will be looking to find a different condo in the future.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is located within walking distance to the Marina, beach, and downtown. The room was nice and roomy for a studio, and i enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the Marina.

Location is perfect if you plan to fish and meet at marina. The room was cozy for a couple. Loved sitting on balcony in morning and at night overlooking the marina. Secure place.

The air conditioning and the fridge were very loud and we struggled falling asleep some nights. The bed and pillows are not the comfiest.

Such a cozy place, we stayed at the Deluxe marina view studio., and it looked exactly like the photos. Beautiful view, big balcony, everything you need in the washroom & kitchen. The location is amazing, you are 7-10 minutes walking distance to Medano beach and can take a water taxi right outside. It is in a busier area and it got quite loud at night (the bars and restaurants nearby with music) so if you are a sensitive sleeper I wouldn’t recommend it. The pool was nicer than we expected as well! It is smaller, but no one was up there the entire time and there is a huge terrace with tables and lounge chairs, gorgeous views of the marina. The staff were so nice too!

The elevator didn't reach the third floor area where we were. I REALLY thought we'd be able to walk to the beach, but the expensive resorts own all the property. So Medano Beach was 900 feet away but we couldn't see it. And an Uber was going to cost $99 for one mile. If I return for a longer stay, I'd get a snorkel/beach package in addition to a whale tour.

My husband and I came to see whales and were NOT disappointed in February! We had the street side balcony on the third floor. The room was small but we could eat at the table on the balcony. The kitchen counter was next to the bed, and had basic stuff we needed including a medium sized fridge. The surprise bonus was that the rooftop pool which overlooks the marina was just a few steps away from our front door. Jadi, the gentleman at reception, was great help with taking our luggage upstairs, showing us a good restaurant, where to do our own trash removal, and securing a reasonably priced return shuttle for the airport. I loved being right on the marina where all the shopping and action is, and we didn't hear the marina/bar noise at night since our room faced the street.
