Reviews of Marina Cabo Plaza Town & Beach Condos 3 stars

We had to go up and down 40 steps each time — and even less so when carrying groceries, at 64 it’s no fun.

The staff was great, and the place was clean and the location was perfect.

This was located on the marina which made things much better. Parking was free and secure with a pass, on the curb or in a gated area. The air conditioning worked well and wasn’t noisy.

There wasn’t an elevator to our room so be prepared to use stairs. you will have to use a key to exit the gate when coming back down so hopefully you don’t have to escape quickly. And there’s loud commercial vehicles constantly up and down the street, very loud all night. And the shower had low water pressure.

The location was great, next to the marina with a view over the marina from the pool. The team was really nice. The apartment was clean BUT… They need to change the shower head. We had to wash ourselves with bottles filled with warm water as there was no water pressure at all and it was hard to get the temperature you wanted. Bedding could be better.

The staff members were so friendly and helpful! Loved the pool and size of condo but it smelled of mildew. I don’t recommend the marina side condos… we barely slept Saturday night and then again on Tuesday night because of the loud parties in restaurants around the marina. The tourist trap here was not our vibe but there was lots of great restaurants and exploring further into town.

If there was something wrong it would be the lack of an elevator to the pool and back rooms.

Sofa bed too small

Phenomenal location, it had everything within the proximity. Food was a bit pricey on the strip but that was expected and there are more affordable options just 10-15 minutes out. We got a room with a harbour view, which was gorgeous. Room was spacious and well-equipped (all that we needed and more, it even had a fondue machine), bed was comfy. Rooftop pool was a nice bonus.

Wish the cleaning service was cheaper!

There will be some late-night sounds from nightclubs in the marina basin.

Good location, nice price, good space in room, close to everything, pretty marina views. Pool was small but relaxing and had great views as well. Bed was pretty comfortable.

The shower head and pressure was very poor. The smoke detector was placed directly above the kitchen and when we used the toaster anywhere in the room it immediately set off the detector. It would be impossible to cook anything in the room, it needs to be checked out or replaced. If you are a light sleeper it might be tough from the music outside, thankfully we use a noise machine and were fine with that.

Perfect location

No elevator on our side, walking up & down to the 3rd floor in the heat sucked. Specially with luggage & groceries.

Fantastic location

We go to Cabo very year in November, this was the 4th year in a row to stay at this condo. The TV cable package is horrible, there’s not hardly any US stations, for that reason, I will be looking to find a different condo in the future.
