Well, the room was a little small but for the price I think it values.

They cut the water for hours in two days was taken shower when they cut it I definitely I disappointed them if they notice about this probably I take shower early or brushed my teeth early but was not happened I was out of water I decided to go out for a few hours

Lift was a bit slow. It’s a bit far for an everyday walk into town/city centre ( though plenty of options near the hotel) and an uber is about 3gbp and you can rent bikes close by, if preferred to taxi Could not get Netflix to load on the smart TV, but otherwise a perfect stay.

Hotel was great, breakfast options were plentiful. Room was massive, with a balcony overlooking the Marina, so got a spectacular sun set every day. Staff super friendly. Had an excellent massage in the spa also.

The rooms on the north side of the hotel face a parking lot and have an uninteresting view. I'm sure that the rooms that face the pool or ocean would be nicer.

The rooms were very spacious. The included breakfast was excellent.

Booking.com’s inaccurate description of the property states that they have Select Comfort beds. The bed was extremely hard.

Roomservice knocked on my door and opened the door 1 sec later, not waiting for me to answer (at 5 pm, not when room service was due, we had not ordered or requested anything). Why? You are crossing a line and violating my privacy. Also roomservice had collected all towels in the room way before checkout. We came from an early morning tour and wanted to take a quick shower before checkout. There was only one wet towel left in the room, all the ones we had in the morning, were gone. I really think, room service wasn’t doing a good job while we were here.

Reception staff was great, helpful. We had a blocked sink. Got fixed right away, but dripped at night. Breakfast was good and available until 12. Location at the yacht port is good but far from the Malecon in La Paz, would recommend a car. Except room service, I really liked this place.

The hotel needs updating. The doors are very beat up. The furniture look tattered. The price does not reflect the room.

The location is wonderful. The parking lot is secure, you are away from the busy streets of La Paz. Beautiful marina, its fun to look at all the yachts .

Wish there was a dresser or more closet space. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and didn’t have anywhere to put our clothes. I love to stay organized and felt a little messy.

Very noisy people above us constantly moving furniture. The 2nd night we called front desk on this, but it took 30 min or more for these squeeky scraping noises to stop. We cannot imagine what they were doing up there, unless children were having races with moving furniture. But we don't even know if there were any children although we thought we heard some at some point. Management should have insisted this stop much much faster.

Breakfast very good. Location on the marina very inspiring. Location in relationship to the Boardwalk was good. Furniture in room was positive and inspiring. We stayed in one of the Luxury Suites, and would do so again. But message we left through Booking.com, in Spanish, did not result in a request to have an upper floor where we would have had a gorgeous view. Somehow the front desk staff never saw this message. They were able to access it when we identified it. With other Booking.com communications with hotels this year, we got responses within 24 hours of the message. Good security on property. Clientele similar to our interests and experiences.

Location of room was at the end of the building and faced the parking lot/street so at times it was noisy.
