I don't like having to step up to the bathroom without a grip bar.

This is my fifth or sixth stay. The staff is always stellar, no matter how late I arrive. I am mobility impaired, and they serve the breakfast upstairs. The staff always retrieves my breakfast for me. Also, they are constantly cleaning.

The breakfast could be improved.

The location is AWAY from the loud nightclub area and fairly easy to find. The most important part of my many stays at this hotel is the STAFF! They are very friendly and helpful and very much want you to be happy. I am mobility impaired, and they did everything they could to help me with my belongings, and the next morning someone went upstairs for me to grab me a little breakfast. The breakfast isn't much, but it's better than an empty stomach. The staff is constantly cleaning and keeping busy, yet always ready to help with a friendly smile. This was my fifth stay at this hotel.

Nice small hotel, good price, you can walk to ATMs , soriana, taquerias, birria . Anything you need is close by just need taxi to go to the beach . Check in and out smooth .

Very hard to find. Inadequate parking.

Amazing staff. I arrived at 2:30am with a flat tire, and there was no parking available. Edgar at the front desk moved his own car to give me a spot. In the morning, another staff member called a tire store and arranged for them to bring a new tire and change it. While I waited in the lobby, I observed employees cleaning thoroughly. Everyone was friendly and forgiving of my bad Spanish.

The property was as described by previous people who stayed here. Its not 5 star but if you read the comments and know what to expect, you will not be disappointed.

Clean and comfortable.. A simple place to stay for someone on a budget. The location is good, as there are many nice places to eat and shop in the area. Its a good place to stay for a few nights. The staff is friendly.

Little more variety.

Breakfast was ok but very limited. For a long term stay, a little more variety would help. For what it was serving, the location was ok.

it’s located on a busy street and the street noise was pretty bad until late. we had to run the fan on the air conditioner in order to block it out.

The room was well appointed, beds were comfy with extra blankets, nice towels. drinking water in the lobby. The gentleman who checked us in was very good about showing me how everything worked. It was easy walking distance to the beach and to the Soriana for groceries. lots of reasonable places to eat nearby.

It was on a Main Street. Breakfast was very sugary!! How about some boiled eggs and cheese?

It was inexpensive. Good for one night passing through. 10 minute walk to the male on.

Internet. They have 6 different sites 2 different passwords. I spoke to 3 different people about wifi not working. All they did was connect me to a different page and said, there it’s working. I was told the internet sometimes didn’t work. I had a signal booster outside my room door. Internet never worked during the day and sporadic early am in my room. I was always in their lobby for internet.i have an iPhone 12 and Mac Air. Was a very poor service. Sheets? Did not fit the bed. No bath mat to step out of the shower, wet tile slippery. The hotels was probably 20’%capacity. I was given a room facing a 6 lane highway to hear constant noise. No room service first 3 days, I was only asked what I needed. Two consecutive days a worker on the second floor cleaned items near the balcony edge and his spray products sprinkled my car with a wax substance that took 1/2 hour to remove. The bathroom was miniature. Might have been 12i inches between the sink and toilet. Past that space was the shower. No wash clothes. No hand towel. Only 2 bath towels provided. A rating of 1 is too high. I found an apartment to live in, left 5 days early and when checking out early I was asked if I was coming back. I didn’t expect money back for the 5 days I had remaining and was not offered either.

Breakfast. I was never informed at checkin about breakfast. Four days later I discovered there was a breakfast on the 2nd floor. I was on the 1st floor.
